10/10Great villa with super friendly and helpful management! Everything is clean (and regularily cleaned during the stay), the villa is large with great balconies and pool, and the beach is close. The two villages close by offer good dinner options. The sea and beaches are very clean. Only inconvenicen is that the villa is on a steep hill with no side walk on the busy road leading up to it. Not impossible but an inconvenience - best to rent a scooter.

10/10It was so comfortable, and the overall feeling was very comfortable, so we were relaxed and happy. In this villa we can feel absolutely clean, quiet and safe.A little distance from the surrounding sunset restaurants, especially convenient.We had a blast for our three days!
10/10A pretty extraordinary and beautiful place. Loved every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave. It's within a housing complex with security and is a short walk to the beach. The walk is not the best since it's downhill on a busy road without a sidewalk but the house itself is spectacular and the perfect place to relax.
10/10Simply beautiful peaceful villa perched high up with a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean. Very spacious and well appointed. Bow and her staff were very communicative and made sure we had a great stay. Would recommend a hire car or get taxis to navigate the hill. I would definitely book again
10/10Had a great holiday in this perfect villa.The villa is very quiet.But the surrounding walking facilities are complete, the villa is much more beautiful than the photos show, and the sunset every afternoon is pleasant.Suitable for family trip.
10/10Great villa, huge place, beautiful pool, wonderful place to stay. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and a huge kitchen, and two separate lounge areas, so could fit 3 couples very comfortably. Really friendly and responsive communication from the property manager. Beautiful sea views up the hill from Kata / Katanoi, in the breeze away from the main beachside streets. Top place to stay
10/10The villa is very beautiful and very big inside, even better than the pictures.It is in a villa area, private and well managed inside, very safe.2nd and 3rd floor with sea view. Renting a car is recommended, it will be very inconvenient if you need to climb. The host was very welcoming and had a good team. Thank you very much for a great stay.
10/10We stayed at this villa with our family and our helper. The location is amazing and very spacious. The team was very helpful with everything we needed. Our kids spent hours in the pool. It's a short walk to the beautiful Kata Noi beach. We are definitely coming back, and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a proper getaway.

10/10Very nice and spacious villa in a very quiet and luxurious private residence. From the living room and the 2 master bedrooms, we could enjoy great views on Kata beach. A nice swimming pool and a comfortable massage room complete the very well equipped house. Tu, the person in charge of the house, welcomed us and catered for all our needs. Our stay at the villa was perfect.
