Villa Katamanda Hah is een drie verdiepingen tellend vakantieverblijf dat de esthetische mix belichaamt van karakteristieke Thaise architectuur met elegant, hedendaags, Aziatisch design. De interieurs zijn ingericht met fijn afgewerkt houten meubilair, vergezeld van moderne, comfortabele stukken. Voorzieningen zijn bewust eerste klas - om elke gast te verzekeren van absoluut gemak en plezier. Boven op een heuvel boven het strand van Kata Noi, biedt Villa Katamanda Hah u het leven op het hoogland met een vleugje adel.
De villa heeft drie slaapkamers. Twee van deze slaapkamers bevinden zich op de derde verdieping. Deze slaapkamers komen uit op een ruim en gemeubileerd balkon met adembenemend uitzicht op de Andamanse Zee. Een andere slaapkamer is op de begane grond met directe toegang tot het zwembad. Alle slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer met ligbad en regendouche.
Omzoomd door tropisch gebladerte - parallel aan de villa - ligt het rechthoekige zwembad. Neem een duik in het verleidelijke, kristalheldere water voor wat doelloos pootjebaden, of voor wat speels gespetter. Als u liever baadt in de zon, kunt u luieren op de ligbedden bij het zwembad op het stenen buitendek van de villa. Maar zodra de zonnestralen beginnen te branden, trekt u zich terug in de schaduw van de ronde tafel met ingebouwde parasol en koelt u af met een fruitig drankje.
Op de ruime tweede verdieping van de villa bevindt zich het woongedeelte met zijn twee stevige en gemakkelijke banken. Hier kunt u met z'n allen gezellig en geanimeerd verhalen uitwisselen en vertellen. De villa heeft twee eetgedeeltes. Het eetgedeelte binnen - met een houten tafel voor acht personen - grenst aan het woongedeelte. De openlucht eethoek is ingericht in de halfopen sala in een hoek van het ruime balkon van de tweede verdieping. In elk van deze eetgedeeltes kunt u smullen van smakelijke gerechten die u stuk voor stuk hebt klaargemaakt in de volledig uitgeruste, ultramoderne keuken naast de eettafel binnen.
Het personeel van de villa wordt geleid door een manager, bijgestaan door een huishoudster en een tuinman. Fiets- en autoverhuur zijn beschikbaar.
Villa Katamanda Hah is gelegen in Kata Village. Op loopafstand van de villa liggen de witte zandstranden van Kata en Kata Noi - de meest populaire bestemmingen in Phuket, vooral voor gezinnen vanwege hun beeldschone zeegezichten. Kata Beach is verdeeld in Kata Centrum, Kata Zuid en Kata Achterweg. Sterk aanbevolen eetgelegenheden in Kata South zijn Capannina, Boathouse en Villa Royale. Naast zwemmen en surfen, is er ook meer waterpret te beleven in het kunstmatige Surf House Phuket. U kunt ook genieten van het Dino Theme Park met zijn minigolfbaan te midden van een pre-historische omgeving. Voor wat sightseeing kunt u naar het panoramische Karon View Point en de Kata Tempel gaan. In het donker kunt u de nacht tot leven zien komen in het Kata Center.

10/10Great villa with super friendly and helpful management! Everything is clean (and regularily cleaned during the stay), the villa is large with great balconies and pool, and the beach is close. The two villages close by offer good dinner options. The sea and beaches are very clean. Only inconvenicen is that the villa is on a steep hill with no side walk on the busy road leading up to it. Not impossible but an inconvenience - best to rent a scooter.

10/10A pretty extraordinary and beautiful place. Loved every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave. It's within a housing complex with security and is a short walk to the beach. The walk is not the best since it's downhill on a busy road without a sidewalk but the house itself is spectacular and the perfect place to relax.
10/10Simply beautiful peaceful villa perched high up with a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean. Very spacious and well appointed. Bow and her staff were very communicative and made sure we had a great stay. Would recommend a hire car or get taxis to navigate the hill. I would definitely book again

10/10Great villa, huge place, beautiful pool, wonderful place to stay. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and a huge kitchen, and two separate lounge areas, so could fit 3 couples very comfortably. Really friendly and responsive communication from the property manager. Beautiful sea views up the hill from Kata / Katanoi, in the breeze away from the main beachside streets. Top place to stay

Renting a car is recommended, it will be very inconvenient if you need to climb. The host was very welcoming and had a good team. Thank you very much for a great stay.
10/10We stayed at this villa with our family and our helper. The location is amazing and very spacious. The team was very helpful with everything we needed. Our kids spent hours in the pool. It's a short walk to the beautiful Kata Noi beach. We are definitely coming back, and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a proper getaway.

10/10Very nice and spacious villa in a very quiet and luxurious private residence. From the living room and the 2 master bedrooms, we could enjoy great views on Kata beach. A nice swimming pool and a comfortable massage room complete the very well equipped house. Tu, the person in charge of the house, welcomed us and catered for all our needs. Our stay at the villa was perfect.
