Die Innenräume sind überwiegend mit edlen Holzmöbeln und modernen, komfortablen Möbeln ausgestattet . Auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Kata Noi Beach gelegen, bietet die Katamanda Villa E5 ein Leben im Hochland mit einem Hauch von Vornehmheit.
Die Villa hat drei Schlafzimmer. Zwei dieser Schlafzimmer befinden sich in der dritten Etage. Diese Schlafzimmer öffnen sich auf einen geräumigen und möblierten Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Andamanensee. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Swimmingpool. Alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne und Regendusche.
Parallel zur Villa liegt der rechteckige Swimmingpool, der von tropischem Blattwerk umgeben ist. Tauchen Sie in sein verlockendes, kristallklares Wasser ein, um darin zu waten oder zu planschen. Wenn Sie lieber in der Sonne baden möchten, können Sie es sich auf den gepolsterten Liegen auf der Steinterrasse des Anwesens bequem machen. Aber sobald die Sonne zu brennen beginnt, ziehen Sie sich in den Schatten des runden Tisches mit eingebautem Sonnenschirm zurück und kühlen sich mit einem fruchtigen Getränk ab.
Im luftigen zweiten Stock der Villa befindet sich der Wohnbereich mit zwei bequemen Sofas. Hier können Sie sich alle versammeln, um lustige und lebhafte Geschichten zu erzählen und zu teilen. Die Villa verfügt über zwei Essbereiche. Der überdachte Essbereich - mit einem Holztisch für acht Personen - grenzt an den Wohnbereich. Der malerische Essbereich im Freien befindet sich in der halboffenen Sala in einer Ecke des großen Balkons im zweiten Stock. In jedem dieser Essbereiche können Sie sich an appetitlichen Gerichten laben, die Sie alle, einer nach dem anderen, in der voll ausgestatteten, hochmodernen Küche neben dem Esstisch im Innenbereich zubereitet haben.
Das Personal der Villa besteht aus einem Manager, der von einer Haushälterin und einem Gärtner unterstützt wird. Fahrrad- und Autovermietung sind verfügbar.
Die Katamanda Villa E5 befindet sich in Kata Village. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Villa entfernt liegen die weißen Sandstrände von Kata und Kata Noi - die beliebtesten Reiseziele auf Phuket, vor allem für Familien wegen ihrer malerischen Meereslandschaften. Kata Beach ist unterteilt in Kata Center, Kata South und Kata Back Road. Sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants in Kata South sind Capannina, Boathouse und Villa Royale. Neben Schwimmen und Surfen bietet das künstlich angelegte Surf House Phuket noch mehr Wasserspaß. Viel Spaß erwartet Sie auch im Dino-Themenpark mit seinem Minigolfplatz inmitten einer prähistorischen Umgebung. Für Sightseeing bietet sich ein Besuch des Aussichtspunkts Karon und des Kata-Tempels an. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit können Sie im Kata Center die Nacht zum Leben erwecken.

10/10We stayed at this villa with our family and our helper. The location is amazing and very spacious. The team was very helpful with everything we needed. Our kids spent hours in the pool. It's a short walk to the beautiful Kata Noi beach. We are definitely coming back, and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a proper getaway.

Renting a car is recommended, it will be very inconvenient if you need to climb. The host was very welcoming and had a good team. Thank you very much for a great stay.
10/10Great villa, huge place, beautiful pool, wonderful place to stay. Each bedroom has its own ensuite and a huge kitchen, and two separate lounge areas, so could fit 3 couples very comfortably. Really friendly and responsive communication from the property manager. Beautiful sea views up the hill from Kata / Katanoi, in the breeze away from the main beachside streets. Top place to stay

10/10Simply beautiful peaceful villa perched high up with a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean. Very spacious and well appointed. Bow and her staff were very communicative and made sure we had a great stay. Would recommend a hire car or get taxis to navigate the hill. I would definitely book again
10/10A pretty extraordinary and beautiful place. Loved every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave. It's within a housing complex with security and is a short walk to the beach. The walk is not the best since it's downhill on a busy road without a sidewalk but the house itself is spectacular and the perfect place to relax.

10/10Great villa with super friendly and helpful management! Everything is clean (and regularily cleaned during the stay), the villa is large with great balconies and pool, and the beach is close. The two villages close by offer good dinner options. The sea and beaches are very clean. Only inconvenicen is that the villa is on a steep hill with no side walk on the busy road leading up to it. Not impossible but an inconvenience - best to rent a scooter.

10/10Very nice and spacious villa in a very quiet and luxurious private residence. From the living room and the 2 master bedrooms, we could enjoy great views on Kata beach. A nice swimming pool and a comfortable massage room complete the very well equipped house. Tu, the person in charge of the house, welcomed us and catered for all our needs. Our stay at the villa was perfect.
