Jariya's apartment was perfect for our family of four. The rooftop area with the private pool was lovely – a great place to relax. Jariya's team were also very accommodating when it came to check in; we landed late in the evening and Jariya ensured there was someone there to meet us despite the late hour. Would recommend!

I would highly recommend this! Enjoy the best view from the rooftop private pool while you get to enjoy the bigger swimming pools available to the property guests. Attentive service from the management company who is very responsive in handling any queries. Spacious and tasteful apartment including a beautiful balcony, wonderful for families and small groups. Easy walks to the Kata Beach, nearby restaurants and convenience stores

A memorable stay. Would highly recommend! Modern and totally equipped apartment. Lovely private roof top terrace and private pool overlooking Kata Beach. Great proximity to both Kata and Kata Noi beaches and all local amenities.

A wonderful place to relax and spend time with family. We had a brilliant time at 4C Kata Gardens. The location was perfect in between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Such a spacious and beautiful apartment with two terrace, one on the roof with an infinity pool with the best view! We enjoyed the sunset from the roof most evenings. The team looked after us very well with regular cleaning and fresh towels. Could not have asked for a better welcome. As a family we felt very lucky to stay here. There is also access to a communal pool with lots of shade to keep cool in the heat of the afternoon. Everything was perfect.

We had a relaxing time in Kata Gardens. Just right for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation was very well-equipped. The highlight is the pool and the view from the roof terrace was breathtaking.

Exceptional. The apartment is well located and has a good view of Meeer and village. The pool on the roof terrace is one of the highlights of the apartment. The cleaning team comes by every 2 days. We have been there three times and can only highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the apartment. Really clean , host always helpful and responsive on messenger app as . The place was better than the photos , public pool was really nice and barely used. No complains at all. Would recommend the apartment and the host.

Wonderful stay at an awesome penthouse apartment. Great location with amazing sunsets at the rooftop pool, fun spot for happy hour! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk to the nearby beaches. The clothes washer came in handy. We appreciated the management company meeting us even though we came in on a late flight.

An amazing condo a short walk to both Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The outdoor spaces at the condo provide breathtaking views. The upper deck and pool were treated. From sunsets to nightly fireworks. We had one small issue that was handled quickly and efficiently. Great communication and response time. Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. Everything was so clean and the rooftop infinity pool was heaven. The use of the washing machine was very convenient The location was pretty great too it was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was responsive with any questions we had and even went out of her way to help me mail postcards! I would definitely recommend this gorgeous villa. We had a wonderful stay!
