Het Seaview Appartement gelegen over de bovenste twee verdiepingen van Gardens Penthouse is een twee-slaapkamer luxe vakantiehuis met een opmerkelijk uitzicht op zee, over Kata beach. Gelegen in Kata Hill op het eiland Phuket. De zandige kusten van het strand glinsteren in de verte als u zou loungen in het dompelbad op het terras. Het complex biedt twee openbare zwembaden, BBQ, een multifunctionele fitnessruimte en andere voorzieningen! Voor koppels, kleine gezinnen en vrienden is het penthouse een geweldige huuroptie voor een tropisch uitje!
De hoofdslaapkamer is ingericht met een kingsize bed en is voorzien van airconditioning. De hardhouten vloeren zijn tot in de perfectie glanzend gemeubileerd, en direct buiten is de privé veranda ingericht met stoelen voor uw avondthee, omdat dit dient als een mooi uitkijkpunt om van het uitzicht te genieten. De moderne slaapkamer is minimaal ingericht en biedt toch het beste in comfort en luxe. De hoofdslaapkamer beschikt ook over een grote badkamer, met een verzonken bad, twee wastafels en andere voorzieningen.
De tweede slaapkamer is ingericht met eenpersoonsbedden en eveneens met een comfortabele, plus fauteuil. Ook deze slaapkamer heeft een en-suite badkamer met een inloopdouche en andere voorzieningen.
Plunge Pool (2,6 x 3,7 m)
Het privé dompelbad op de lounge op het dak is waar u kunt ontspannen met een drankje in de hand, en genieten van een rustgevende ervaring. Op de houten vloer staan ligstoelen van waaruit u ver en ver kunt kijken naar het water van Kata Noi en de zandstranden. Weelderig tropisch gebladerte groeit rond het terras, zodat u een verfrissende en bedwelmende ervaring kunt hebben terwijl u diep ademhaalt en positieve energie door uw aderen voelt stromen. Rust uit onder de schaduwrijke pergola om uit te rusten van de zon, of ga naar de openbare zwembaden van het appartement of naar de fitnessruimte om te trainen!

Een glazen wand voor het meest betoverende uitzicht markeert de woonkamer van het Gardens Penthouse. De woonkamer is volledig ingericht met comfortabele sofa's en fauteuils, evenals doorschijnende, witte gordijnen om een zachte en rustgevende ambiance te creëren waar u zich volkomen ontspannen kunt voelen! De eigentijdse inrichting biedt ook modern comfort, zodat u zich meteen thuis zult voelen in de warmte die het appartement uitstraalt. De muren zijn versierd met kunstwerken die de inrichting goed aanvullen.
De woonkamer deelt ook de ruimte met de eethoek en de keuken. Het eetgedeelte is ingericht met een zes-persoons eettafel die naast de glazen wand staat, zodat u van het panor ama kunt genieten terwijl u zich tegoed doet aan een stevige maaltijd. Op de veranda staan gezellige sofa's om te loungen, met een prachtig uitzicht op het strand en het weelderige groen. Er is ook een eethoek buiten voor een ervaring in de buitenlucht. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en voorzien van moderne voorzieningen voor uw gebruik.
Het appartementencomplex beschikt over een receptie die 12 uur per dag geopend is, 24 uur per dag bewaking zodat u zich veilig en op uw gemak voelt, en een kantoor van het management als u vragen of wensen heeft. Het gebouw heeft ook een schoonmaakdienst om het altijd brandschoon te houden.
Er is veel te doen rondom het appartement, waaronder uit eten gaan bij Momtri's Kitchen, dat direct aan de overkant van de weg ligt. Het Kata strand ligt op een paar minuten afstand van het appartement, zodat u zich zonder problemen kunt vermaken op de zandstranden. Voor een culturele ervaring kunt u naar Kata Village gaan, waar u winkels, restaurants enz. vindt.
10/10Jariya's apartment was perfect for our family of four. The rooftop area with the private pool was lovely – a great place to relax. Jariya's team were also very accommodating when it came to check in; we landed late in the evening and Jariya ensured there was someone there to meet us despite the late hour. Would recommend!

10/10A wonderful place to relax and spend time with family. We had a brilliant time at 4C Kata Gardens. The location was perfect in between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Such a spacious and beautiful apartment with two terrace, one on the roof with an infinity pool with the best view! We enjoyed the sunset from the roof most evenings. The team looked after us very well with regular cleaning and fresh towels. Could not have asked for a better welcome. As a family we felt very lucky to stay here. There is also access to a communal pool with lots of shade to keep cool in the heat of the afternoon. Everything was perfect.

10/10We had a relaxing time in Kata Gardens. Just right for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation was very well-equipped. The highlight is the pool and the view from the roof terrace was breathtaking.
10/10Exceptional. The apartment is well located and has a good view of Meeer and village. The pool on the roof terrace is one of the highlights of the apartment. The cleaning team comes by every 2 days. We have been there three times and can only highly recommend it.

10/10Wonderful stay at an awesome penthouse apartment. Great location with amazing sunsets at the rooftop pool, fun spot for happy hour! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk to the nearby beaches. The clothes washer came in handy. We appreciated the management company meeting us even though we came in on a late flight.

10/10An amazing condo a short walk to both Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The outdoor spaces at the condo provide breathtaking views. The upper deck and pool were treated. From sunsets to nightly fireworks. We had one small issue that was handled quickly and efficiently. Great communication and response time. Highly recommend
10/10We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. Everything was so clean and the rooftop infinity pool was heaven. The use of the washing machine was very convenient The location was pretty great too it was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was responsive with any questions we had and even went out of her way to help me mail postcards! I would definitely recommend this gorgeous villa. We had a wonderful stay!
