10/10Dear Villa Finder Team (Indah, Yunia, Sadia and everyone I have been in contact with in the lead up and since commencing our stay), I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks for the entire Villa Finder experience. I openly admit that I was a little anxious initially transferring large sums of money to an overseas company that I had not dealt with previously, to rent a Villa in Phuket that I had only seen in photos on the internet. However, the team at Villa Finder were fantastic to deal with and incredibly responsive. Absolutely everything that was said, shown on the internet, emailed or committed to has happened like clockwork. When we arrived at the Villa, the directions were perfect and Google Maps took us directly to the Villa from the airport. Sadia was already at the Villa to welcome us and show us through the Villa. The online photos did not do justice to the Villa and it exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. We had a few minor teething issues, but via the WhatsApp chat room system, they were sorted out promptly.
