There are three bedrooms at Laguna Villa Thirty Nine and all of them are found upstairs for more privacy and scenic views from the private balconies. The bedrooms are brightly-lit owing to abundant sunlight pouring in from the glass doors. The tangerine and peach colour scheme brings a cheerful ambiance to the rooms that are air-conditioned and furnished with king-sized beds and single beds. Other modern comforts in the bedrooms include flat-screen TVs so you can lay back on the plush bed and watch your favourite movies.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that is equally luxurious while the remaining two bedrooms have a shared bathroom, an ideal setup for a family with children. The bedrooms feature walk-in closets designed with masterful woodwork, bath amenities, fresh towels, safety boxes, and more.

Laguna Villa Thirty Nine boasts a charming outdoor area that is recreational, relaxing, and beautiful to behold. There is a 9-metre swimming pool flanked by a stone pool deck housing rattan deck chairs under parasols. You can sunbathe, read a book, and sip on a cool drink while enjoying the fresh air.

A poolside sala or gazebo houses daybeds that may also be used as spa beds for a poolside massage, available on request. A lush garden is with freshly-cut grass and tropical foliage is where kids would love to play while you kick back on the terrace as it has alfresco dining.

An open-plan living area is the ideal setup for a family holiday as you can rest, watch movies, cook, and eat with everyone at the same time. The TV corner has been furnished with comfortable sofas along with a flat-screen TV so you can lounge and enjoy classic TV and movies. The living room is air-conditioned and is designed with glass doors that reveal the pool and the garden. The interiors are sophisticated and elegant with minimal fanfare to accentuate the lovely outdoors.

A six-seater dining table stands in the middle of the room and this is where guests can relish a wholesome feast with the entire group. You have complete access to the fully-equipped kitchen that features modern appliances, basic condiments to get you started, dishware and cookware, along with other useful amenities.
