El ático Heights Sip Et, de tres dormitorios, es un hogar elegante y estilizado para quienes viajen a Phuket en busca de unas vacaciones de lujo. El apartamento privado está situado en Kata Hill, a pocos minutos de Kata Noi y el pueblo de Kata, así como ofrecer a los huéspedes una excelente vista del mar de Andamán desde donde el stand. La villa cuenta con interiores y exteriores contemporáneos que dan un ambiente pulido y con clase a todo el espacio. El complejo de apartamentos ofrece a sus huéspedes varias comodidades, como gimnasio, piscina pública y cuidados jardines.
El ático Heights Sip Et cuenta con tres dormitorios con aire acondicionado y, mientras que dos de ellos están amueblados con camas de matrimonio, el tercero cuenta con camas individuales. El dormitorio principal conduce al exterior, a un balcón privado desde el que se obtiene una de las mejores vistas del paisaje. Los dormitorios también están decorados con una estética contemporánea y moderna que es elegante, mínima y relajante. Los suelos de madera crean un ambiente opulento en los dormitorios y también añaden un poco de calidez.
Las ventanas y puertas de cristal pueden dejarse siempre abiertas para permitir que la brisa fresca y la luz natural inunden las habitaciones. Cada habitación tiene un cuarto de baño igualmente elegante, con interiores de mármol y madera pulidos y duchas a ras de suelo.

Las tumbonas de ratán están a su disposición para que, después de un chapuzón, recupere fuerzas para la siguiente vuelta a la piscina. El apartamento también dispone de una barbacoa y una zona de comedor de ratán al aire libre para disfrutar de una experiencia tropical completa.

Los interiores del ático The Heights, fabricados con materiales naturales que realmente hablan al alma, para una experiencia refrescante y rejuvenecedora, son espléndidamente adecuados para un destino tropical. La zona de estar con aire acondicionado cuenta con puertas de cristal sin marco que van del suelo al techo. Éstas ofrecen una notable vista panorámica de las zonas vecinas del pueblo de Kata y de la playa de Kata junto con las aguas del mar de Andamán. El salón está amueblado de forma elegante con cómodos sofás y sillones orientados hacia el exterior.
El porche también está amueblado con sillas para que tenga el lujo de disfrutar de unas vistas infinitas desde todos los rincones del apartamento. El apartamento se esfuerza por proporcionarle un espacio que se sienta como en casa, y ofrece un entorno lujoso a los huéspedes donde pueden descansar tanto como deseen. La zona de comedor está amueblada con una mesa de comedor de seis plazas y la moderna cocina, bien equipada, cuenta con electrodomésticos y comodidades para su comodidad.
Apart from the private swimming pool in the penthouse, guests also have access to the main pool on the ground level as well as the fitness room. The hi-tech wiring in the penthouse allows for everything including lighting and TV to be controlled by a touch of a button, essentially making the penthouse a 'smart home'. 24-hour security ensures that you can enjoy without a worry.
Con la playa de K ata a pocos kilómetros de distancia, puede simplemente caminar hasta ella y disfrutar hundiendo los dedos de los pies en la arena, jugando en el agua, tomando el sol y construyendo castillos de arena. El pueblo de Kata también está cerca, para pasar un día divertido explorando las tiendas y el mercado locales.

Perched on a hillside, the panoramic views were breathtaking—overlooking lush landscapes and sunsets that felt like a dream. The villa was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly blended luxury with the natural beauty of Thailand. Every detail, from the tranquil pool to the cozy, stylish interiors, made me feel like I was in a private paradise.The host’s attention to detail and hospitality made the experience even better. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone seeking relaxation and rejuvenation in one of the world’s most magical locations. I can’t wait to return!
10/10Jariya's place was really lovely. The views were insane and it just felt very peaceful and quiet even though you are just minutes away from Kata Beach which was very easy to walk to. Also minutes away from shops and cafe's which for us it was the perfect stay. Absolutely recommend this place and all the other units they have in the same compound. All the time were very lovely and were extra helpful with any issues that could have arised. We will definitely be back.

10/10Staying in a great experience, you can stay in 3 families, only 10 minutes walk from Kata Beach, it is a little steep to go out on two large slopes, there is a little hard climbing, there is a matching private pool in the famous inn, the common area has an infinity pool is a great choice, and you are happy to have fun!

10/10Very elegant villa with all the comforts and privacy. Pefect for romantic couples vacay. Amazing view of ocean. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Paradise, wish I could never leave. perfect if you want seclusion and privacy yet close enough to town.

10/10A very nice and tidy flat with a spacious living room/balcony, ideal for 6-7 people groups! Since it is on a mountain side, it has an amazing view over Kata town and is an outstanding spot for sunset and relaxation.
10/10This is a wonderful villa to stay in, in a top location. I particularly liked the ice cold pool and the spaciousness of the villa. We booked for my daughter's birthday and all had a wonderful time. It had all the amenities we required and the most fabulous view over Kata Beach. Would definitely book here again.
10/10We stayed in this amazing house for almost 2 weeks in January 2018. Bow was very nice and organized taxi for us who was waiting for us in the airport. It was reasonably priced. It took us about 40 min to get to the house. Security guy helped with the luggage and showed how things work in the house. In Am Bow's helper came to ask if we have any questions about the house or anything else. House is big and has everything for a big family to do all the activities of daily living. Cleaning lady was coming every other day. House is located about 10 min walk from the beach. House is located on a hill, which gives unbelievable view, however, take it into consideration if u planning to walk from the beach back to the house, it might be challenging for an older adult. There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Famous bangla rd is about 30 min driving which was only 10$ by taxi. Lots of tour agencies are there, they will pick u up from the house to go on excursion. Great experience , highly recommend. We had group of 6 people, different ages we were all very happy.
