Het prive-appartement is gelegen in Kata Hill, op enkele minuten afstand van Kata Noi en Kata dorp, en biedt de gasten een uitstekend uitzicht op de Andaman Zee van waar de staan. De villa beschikt over eigentijdse interieurs en exterieurs die een gepolijste en stijlvolle vibe afgeven aan de hele ruimte. Het appartementencomplex zelf biedt verschillende voorzieningen voor de gasten, waaronder een fitnessruimte, een openbaar zwembad, en verzorgde tuinen!
Het penthouse Heights Sip Et heeft drie slaapkamers met airconditioning. Twee slaapkamers zijn voorzien van kingsize bedden, de derde slaapkamer heeft eenpersoonsbedden. De hoofdslaapkamer leidt naar buiten naar een privébalkon vanwaar u een van de beste uitzichten op het landschap heeft. De slaapkamers zijn ook ingericht in een eigentijdse met moderne esthetiek die strak, minimaal, en ontspannend zijn. De hardhouten vloeren creëren een weelderige ambiance in de slaapkamers en voegen ook een beetje warmte toe.
De glazen ramen en deuren kunnen altijd open worden gelaten om een frisse bries en natuurlijk zonlicht de kamers te laten overspoelen. Elke slaapkamer heeft een en-suite badkamer die al even chic is met gepolijst marmer en houten interieurs en inloopdouches.

Een kalmerende en rustgevende sfeer wordt gevoeld als je buiten stapt naar de prive-buitenruimte, die in feite wordt overdekt door een dak boven het hoofd. Het zwembad is ook gedeeltelijk overdekt en heeft aan het uiteinde een oneindige rand die rechtstreeks uitkijkt op de oceaan. Er is overvloedig tropisch gebladerte in en rond het appartement, zodat u rustig kunt ademhalen en volledig kunt ontspannen. Rotan ligstoelen zijn er om op te liggen na een duik, zodat u weer op krachten kunt komen voor het volgende rondje rond het zwembad. Het appartement biedt ook een BBQ faciliteit en een rotan al fresco eethoek voor een complete tropische ervaring.

Het woongedeelte is voorzien van airconditioning en heeft glazen deuren die van vloer tot plafond lopen. Deze bieden een opmerkelijk uitzicht op de aangrenzende gebieden van Kata village en Kata beach samen met het water van de Andaman Zee. De woonkamer is op een elegante manier ingericht met comfortabele banken en fauteuils die naar buiten zijn gericht.
De veranda is ook gemeubileerd met stoelen zodat u de luxe heeft van eindeloze uitzichten vanuit elke hoek van het appartement. Het appartement streeft ernaar u een ruimte te bieden die aanvoelt als thuis, en biedt de gasten een luxueuze omgeving waar ze kunnen uitrusten zoveel als ze willen. Het eetgedeelte is ingericht met een zeszits eettafel en de goed uitgeruste, moderne keuken is voorzien van apparatuur en voorzieningen voor uw gemak.
Naast het privézwembad in het penthouse hebben de gasten ook toegang tot het hoofdzwembad op de begane grond en de fitnessruimte. De hi-tech bedrading in het penthouse zorgt ervoor dat alles, inclusief verlichting en tv, kan worden bediend met een druk op een knop, waardoor het penthouse in feite een 'smart home' wordt. 24-uurs beveiliging zorgt ervoor dat u zorgeloos kunt genieten.
Met het Kata strand op een paar kilometer afstand, kunt u er gewoon naartoe lopen en genieten van uw tenen in het zand graven, spelen in het water, zonnebaden en zandkastelen bouwen. Kata village is ook in de buurt, voor een leuke dag uit en over de stad verkennen van de plaatselijke winkels en markt.

Every detail, from the tranquil pool to the cozy, stylish interiors, made me feel like I was in a private paradise.The host’s attention to detail and hospitality made the experience even better. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone seeking relaxation and rejuvenation in one of the world’s most magical locations. I can’t wait to return!
10/10Jariya's place was really lovely. The views were insane and it just felt very peaceful and quiet even though you are just minutes away from Kata Beach which was very easy to walk to. Also minutes away from shops and cafe's which for us it was the perfect stay. Absolutely recommend this place and all the other units they have in the same compound. All the time were very lovely and were extra helpful with any issues that could have arised. We will definitely be back.

10/10Staying in a great experience, you can stay in 3 families, only 10 minutes walk from Kata Beach, it is a little steep to go out on two large slopes, there is a little hard climbing, there is a matching private pool in the famous inn, the common area has an infinity pool is a great choice, and you are happy to have fun!

10/10A very nice and tidy flat with a spacious living room/balcony, ideal for 6-7 people groups! Since it is on a mountain side, it has an amazing view over Kata town and is an outstanding spot for sunset and relaxation.
10/10This is a wonderful villa to stay in, in a top location. I particularly liked the ice cold pool and the spaciousness of the villa. We booked for my daughter's birthday and all had a wonderful time. It had all the amenities we required and the most fabulous view over Kata Beach. Would definitely book here again.
10/10We stayed in this amazing house for almost 2 weeks in January 2018. Bow was very nice and organized taxi for us who was waiting for us in the airport. It was reasonably priced. It took us about 40 min to get to the house. Security guy helped with the luggage and showed how things work in the house. In Am Bow's helper came to ask if we have any questions about the house or anything else. House is big and has everything for a big family to do all the activities of daily living. Cleaning lady was coming every other day. House is located about 10 min walk from the beach. House is located on a hill, which gives unbelievable view, however, take it into consideration if u planning to walk from the beach back to the house, it might be challenging for an older adult. There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Famous bangla rd is about 30 min driving which was only 10$ by taxi. Lots of tour agencies are there, they will pick u up from the house to go on excursion. Great experience , highly recommend. We had group of 6 people, different ages we were all very happy.
