El apartamento Seaview, situado en las dos últimas plantas de Gardens Penthouse, es una lujosa casa de vacaciones de dos dormitorios con una extraordinaria vista al mar, sobre la playa de Kata. Se encuentra en Kata Hill, en la isla de Phuket. Las orillas arenosas de la playa brillan en la distancia mientras usted se relaja en la piscina de la terraza. El complejo ofrece dos piscinas públicas, barbacoa, un gimnasio polivalente y otros servicios. Para parejas, familias pequeñas y amigos, el ático es una gran opción de alquiler para una escapada tropical.
El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama tamaño king y tiene aire acondicionado. La decoración contemporánea ofrece también comodidades modernas, por lo que se sentirá como en casa en la calidez que ofrece el apartamento. Las paredes están decoradas con obras de arte que complementan muy bien el mobiliario.
El salón también comparte espacio con el comedor y la cocina. El comedor está amueblado con una mesa de seis plazas situada junto a la pared de cristal, para que pueda disfrutar del panorama mientras degusta sus abundantes comidas. En el porche, hay acogedores sofás para descansar, con una espléndida vista de la playa y la exuberante vegetación. También se ha instalado una zona de comedor exterior para disfrutar de una experiencia al aire libre. La cocina está totalmente equipada y dotada de modernas comodidades para su uso.
El complejo de apartamentos ofrece una recepción de 12 horas, seguridad las 24 horas para que te sientas seguro y tranquilo, así como una oficina de gestión por si tienes alguna duda o necesidad. El edificio también cuenta con un servicio de limpieza para mantenerlo impecable en todo momento.
There is a lot to do around the apartment including eating out at Momtri's Kitchen, which is right across the road. Kata beach is minutes away from the apartment thus, making it possible for you to have fun on its sandy shores without a hassle. For a cultural experience, you can head to Kata village which is home to shops, restaurants etc.
10/10Jariya's apartment was perfect for our family of four. The rooftop area with the private pool was lovely – a great place to relax. Jariya's team were also very accommodating when it came to check in; we landed late in the evening and Jariya ensured there was someone there to meet us despite the late hour. Would recommend!
10/10I would highly recommend this! Enjoy the best view from the rooftop private pool while you get to enjoy the bigger swimming pools available to the property guests. Attentive service from the management company who is very responsive in handling any queries. Spacious and tasteful apartment including a beautiful balcony, wonderful for families and small groups. 10/10A wonderful place to relax and spend time with family. We had a brilliant time at 4C Kata Gardens. The location was perfect in between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Such a spacious and beautiful apartment with two terrace, one on the roof with an infinity pool with the best view! We enjoyed the sunset from the roof most evenings. The team looked after us very well with regular cleaning and fresh towels. Could not have asked for a better welcome. As a family we felt very lucky to stay here. There is also access to a communal pool with lots of shade to keep cool in the heat of the afternoon. Everything was perfect.

10/10We had a relaxing time in Kata Gardens. Just right for a relaxing holiday. The accommodation was very well-equipped. The highlight is the pool and the view from the roof terrace was breathtaking.
10/10Exceptional. The apartment is well located and has a good view of Meeer and village. The pool on the roof terrace is one of the highlights of the apartment. The cleaning team comes by every 2 days. We have been there three times and can only highly recommend it.

10/10Wonderful stay at an awesome penthouse apartment. Great location with amazing sunsets at the rooftop pool, fun spot for happy hour! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk to the nearby beaches. The clothes washer came in handy. We appreciated the management company meeting us even though we came in on a late flight.

10/10An amazing condo a short walk to both Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The outdoor spaces at the condo provide breathtaking views. The upper deck and pool were treated. From sunsets to nightly fireworks. We had one small issue that was handled quickly and efficiently. Great communication and response time. Highly recommend
10/10We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. Everything was so clean and the rooftop infinity pool was heaven. The use of the washing machine was very convenient The location was pretty great too it was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was responsive with any questions we had and even went out of her way to help me mail postcards! I would definitely recommend this gorgeous villa. We had a wonderful stay!
