The villa's six air-conditioned bedrooms have new flooring, new appointments and bigger bathrooms. The master bedroom and three guest rooms are on the third level. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a dedicated bathroom with a rain shower and a fitted bathtub by a large window. The three guest rooms have super king-sized beds that can be converted to super twin beds as well as dedicated bathrooms with rain showers. Two more guest rooms are on the fourth level. These bedrooms have king-sized beds as well as dedicated bathrooms with rain showers. Five bedrooms open out to furnished balconies with amazing views. The shared balcony of the guest rooms on the fourth level extend to a grassy view deck with a long, angled couch where you can assemble for sunset cocktails, after-dinner and winding-down drinks.

Alineada con el borde del segundo nivel exterior, ahora más espacioso, está la piscina infinita de 12 metros, en la que podrá sumergirse en sus seductoras aguas y entretenerse en los asientos subacuáticos mientras aprecia la increíble vista del mar de Andamán. En la cubierta de piedra hay camas para la piscina donde podrá tumbarse mientras se baña al sol. En la terraza cubierta hay un largo sofá en ángulo donde podrá reclinarse mientras contempla el lejano horizonte.
A lo largo del borde de la piscina infinita hay puertas de cristal plegables que conducen a la luminosa y espaciosa zona de estar, con su gran y lujoso sofá y sillas frente a un televisor de 75 pulgadas montado en la pared. En un ángulo se encuentra la cocina gourmet, bien equipada, y el comedor interior que conduce a la terraza cubierta donde también se encuentra el comedor al aire libre.
Directed by a manager, the villa's affable staff is mainly assigned to housekeeping. Transfers, tours, babysitting, personal catering, laundry and pampering regimens can also be arranged. Although these services will be charged to your account.
A three-kilometer drive from the villa are the beaches of Surin and Bang Tao where you can go swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing as well as windsurfing. You can also go thrill seeking at the nearby Anthem Wakeboarding Park or get onboard a boat for the magical eco-tour Hong By Starlight. For some really serious retail therapy, there's Boat Avenue and Surin Plaza. After dark, go and catch the night life of Patong Beach.

10/10Would recommend for big parties like weddings, birthdays. But at the same time can be great family vacations. We were friends from 4 different countries between 26 and 31 yo. All been to many places in the world. But this villa made a big mark in our memories for sure!!! Highly recommend! And price is really affordable for big groups of people!
10/10Stayed five nights, Three couples and two kids. David and staff were very accommodating to our requests, which we thought may have been beyond the scope of the rental, however they assured us that they aim to please. The stunning roof top entertainment area with vistas over the bay, ticked all the boxes for "WoW" factor. All our extra guests were impressed by the food and service. The traditional menu on offer is outstanding, and the quality supreme. Lazy mornings in and out of the pool were great before heading out for the day, and the pool, a perfect cool down on return. The spacious design of the villa combined with no bedroom sharing a common wall added to the tranquility. Taxi's are a must (due to the steep driveway and back street location), and these are organised promptly, but it is best to pre-arrange as they use a known driver for guests
10/10Just returned for Someday after 7 nights. David and his staff made us very welcome from moment we arrived. Having a couple of grandchildren with us helped keep the staff interested… more so they were great with the kids..Thanks. it rained quite a lot so attractions and options limited so trips to Patong seems a common thing. With min 1/2 hour and 600 to 800B one way location seemed a little remote. That a side villa well appointed and should not disappoint for the tariff. Would go again but location a little concern
