During my recent stay in Phuket, I had the pleasure of experiencing Baan Perwah. The house's design and layout are incredibly thoughtful, blending modern touches with mesmerizing sea views. Honestly, the place is so photogenic; every corner seemed like a perfect backdrop. Its prime location is also a bonus—nestled close to some of the best restaurants in the area and just a short stroll to the beach and the lively town. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, the property is immaculate, clearly reflecting the care and attention invested in it. The host was superb and communicative, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Should I find myself in Phuket again, Baan Perwah is undoubtedly where I'd want to be. Highly recommended!

Spectacular waterfront villa next to Kata beach directly on the sea. Very modern and beautiful. Sleeps about 20 people too. Amazing. We’d def stay again if lucky enough!
