Everything was absolutely incredible. From the warm welcome at reception to the outstanding service from the fantastic staff — every moment was special. The view was simply breathtaking and made the entire experience unforgettable. Honestly, everything here deserves more than five stars — this place is clearly a 10/10. Highly recommended, and I would come back anytime!

Our extended family of eleven recently stayed at Ocean’s 11 Villa for four nights and had an amazing experience. The villa is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, and has brilliant views. My parents especially loved simply sitting outside and relaxing, enjoying the surroundings. Mook, our butler, was exceptional! She was so attentive and caring and anticipated our every need. The cooks were fantastic and very accommodating – even gave my family a few cooking tips! And last but not least, Gik, the house manager, provided great recommendations and ensured everything ran smoothly. A truly memorable stay and highly recommended!

The villa is great. Clean, private, modern, spacious, huge pool. But what is even better is the staff team. The butler Mook is very helpful and responsive. The chefs are amazing can cooked the most delicious food for us. Everyone of us love the food so much! It has been an amazing stay at ocean 11 and I’d love to come back another time.

Gik, Took, Da, Ton, and the fabulous kitchen crews, Thank you from our families to yours for an absolutely relaxing, fun & beautiful vacation at Ocean’s 11. Service was superb 0 kids were well taken care of, you consistently anticipated our needs and wants. This trip truly is 5-star. Villa was perfect, well laid out, very clean, and the view was consistently beautiful. Thankfully the weather held out. Please keep up the great work & service delivery - it truly made a big difference. Again, thank you from all of us for making us all feel so welcome and relaxed. We really enjoyed the week!

We have never had a more relaxing & incredible vacation than we had at the Ocean's 11 villa! It wasn't just the breathtaking scenery, stunning palace of a house or the spa-style setting; We were also pampered & treated like royalty by the most incredible staff we've ever worked with! They truly made us feel like we were home away from home & wouldn't let us lift a finger! From unpacking our suitcases for us, to homemade piña coladas next to the pool, & the private chef's incredible 5-star meals, we loved every bit of our experience at Ocean's 11! The house is so beautiful with one of the most gorgeous views in Phuket! It's your own private 5-star resort with more room than you know what to do with! The villa manager arranged for a local dive school go to the villa & gave our kids scuba instruction in the privacy of the villa pool! Then the instructor took our family on two private dives! Our niece, who we brought with us, got into a motorbike accident & the villa managers went above & beyond to visit her in the hospital & even brought her flowers! His assistant even drove us to the hospital where she waited with us for hours! Every one of the staff members & management went the extra mile for us & we've never felt more welcomed or pampered anywhere! It truly was the most amazing 2 weeks we've ever spent anywhere in the world! We were sad when it was time to leave and we will miss the incredible staff the most! We will definitely be back! We HIGHLY recommend this!

My husband booked this villa for our family holiday in Phuket as part of our 10th year anniversary celebration. I know that the villa is beautiful from looking at the photos online. But when we arrived at the villa, it looks even better in real life. Since day one, the warm welcome of the staff and their smiles was a sign that we will have a wonderful fun-filled holiday. The villa is bright and fresh in design, impeccably maintained, and superb views of the ocean from almost every corners and rooms. We were informed that there’s a pool, cinema, gym, and spa, but we did not know they’re that amazing. It really felt like we were in a private island, surrounded nothing but with beautiful nature. We’ve chosen the perfect villa and it was the best vacation we ever had. We still dream everyday to come back! Xo
