Containing four bedrooms, Villa Serena is best suited for groups of eight. The master bedroom, set at a prime location on the upper floor enjoys some of the best sea views in the home. A spacious en suite bathroom, complete with bathtub and shower extends out of the room. It's a great spot for unwinding with a soak while taking in the stunning coastal landscape.
All three guest bedrooms are equipped with double beds, air conditioners, generous wardrobe spaces and private en suites. Spread out over the ground floor, each of the rooms offers direct pool access.
Two capacious outdoor spaces, in addition to a private terrace extending out of the master bedroom invite vacationers to spend their days soak up the tropical vibes outdoors. When you're not dipping into the glistening pool, you'll be drying off upon the sunbeds, relaxing at the outdoor lounge or enjoying cocktails under the poolside sala - all while taking in views out to the sea and lush greenery.
Los espacios vitales de Villa Serena se distribuyen en dos plantas. Las comidas se disfrutan en el comedor de la planta superior, un espacio de generosas proporciones con vistas al mar. Puede apartar las puertas plegables de cristal para comer en el interior o en el exterior, o mantener la zona cerrada para disfrutar de la comodidad del aire acondicionado. También existe la opción de cenar al aire libre en la terraza junto a la piscina.
La relajación es fácil en la amplia zona de estar. Está equipada con un sofá en forma de V, un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y goza de increíbles vistas al mar. La cocina, totalmente equipada, facilita la preparación de las comidas, ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario, como horno, fogones, nevera, microondas, batidora, cafetera, lavavajillas y utensilios de cocina.
Villa Serena cuenta con un servicio de limpieza semanal. Los traslados al aeropuerto, el desayuno diario, la limpieza de salida y la lavandería están disponibles con un coste adicional.
Local amenities and attractions are within easy reach of Villa Serena. Hop into a car for a seven-minute drive out to Long Beach. It's the most popular beach on the island, with a wide frontage, soft, golden sand and a relaxed ambience. Stay on for a gorgeous sunset show accompanied by sundowners; some of the best venues are Ozone Bar, Pangea Beach Bar, The Irish Embassy and Galaxy Restaurant and Bar. Round out your evening with a fine dining meal at Tides Restaurant. There's The Indian Tandoor if you're seeking a change from Thai fare.
When you're not relaxing by the beach, try out activities like stand up paddleboarding yoga, deep sea fishing, scuba diving, sailing and catamaran tours or sea and mangrove kayaking. Take a stroll around Lanta Old Town (about 30 minutes' drive) to take in the sight of its traditional Thai shophouses and explore its shops and restaurants.
10/10This house has the most possibilities you can imagine for 2 people up to 14 people. In addition to the magical view of the ocean in one direction and valley with jungle in the other direction, the house is perfectly located on Koh Lanta up on Klong Kong Hill. Close to the beach, restaurants, tourist rental of Scooter, car, boat trips, etc. When you lie in the pool in the morning you almost not get a reason to go down to the beach even if the beautiful beaches that expends kilometers for kilometers in both directions to of the house. The amazingly large areas of the house and the separate bedrooms really give a private feeling which it´s good if there are several families that rent the house together. Then we have the lovely separate apartment which i also have lived in. The apartment have a good viewing protection from the house and have of course a nice separate pool. Yes, this house is the perfect holiday spot that you do not want to leave when you have come here. Of course have the house and the apartment all the facilities how is needed such as Wi-Fi, TV, sound system and all the equipment needed to feel at home. Good cleaning and pool care. Magical place to be at and you don´t want to go home :-)
10/10Location, view and house is perfect for the dream holiday for the family or long stay. With its many bedrooms and two pools it's also great for representation and business events with the management group. Koh Lanta offers a wide array of beaches, activities and restaurants and everyone can compose their own dream holiday. I had a great week here and can strongly recommend the house.
