Plunge Pool (2,6 x 3,7 m)
At the edge of the apartment's exterior view deck is a plunge pool. Immerse yourself in its glassy waters and recline as you gaze out to the Andaman Sea. For some sun, you can lie on cushioned, wooden pool beds partially covered by a large umbrella on the stone deck.
In one of the apartment's breezy rooms - just by the entrance - is the living area. On its long sofa facing a widescreen TV, you can all converge to catch the shows you've been closely following. Or, to watch, once again, your all-time favorite classic film. By the room's alternative entrance is the indoor dining area with its wooden table that accommodates four. An alfresco dining area -- with a glass-topped, woven wood table that seats four - is fixed on the wooden deck adjoining the plunge pool. At any of these dining areas, you can all have your fill of delectable specialties which you all took turns cooking at the fully-equipped and modern kitchen section alongside the living area. The kitchen also has a counter which, provided with stools, can double as a bar.

Gardens Penthouse Hok is located in Kata Village. Just a short walk from the apartment are the white sand shores of Kata and Kata Noi - famous among families for their picturesque seascapes. Must-try dining places along Kata South - one area of the beach - are Capannina, Boathouse and Villa Royale. Water fun doesn't stop with swimming and surfing. There's more in store at the man-made Surf House Phuket. You will also be exhilarated at the Dino Theme Park with its mini golf course set in pre-historic times. Other must-sees are the Karon View Point and the Kata Temple. You mustn't, as well, miss out on the dazzling night life at Kata Center.
10/10Excellent spacious and comfortable apartments on the 3rd floor with a private pool, sun loungers, umbrella, table and chairs on the roof. The location and staff are beyond praise, they settled us immediately upon arrival, were constantly in touch and helped with everything.

10/10We had a very pleasant stay. The staff is very efficient and available and made our stay very easy. Many thanks to them. The apartment is very pleasant, well equipped with all the necessary comforts. The swimming pool with its very large terrace is a real plus. We also really appreciated the residence with its huge swimming pools in a lush garden. Just a stone's throw from Kata's two beaches and numerous restaurants. This penthouse is a great alternative to renting a villa and offers all the services of a condo. I RECOMMEND
10/10We had a wonderful stay, the penthouse apartment is beautiful. The views from the upper terrace and plunge pool were stunning. Jariya was a very responsive host always responding quickly to any queries and arranged early and late check out for us. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. There is also an amazing restaurant next door. The only slight niggle we had was that the apartment sleeps 4 but there were only 2 sunbeds and limited shade on the upper terrace by the pool and as we were a party of 3, we could not all enjoy this space as we would have liked. Apart from that everything was amazing and we were sad to leave.
10/10The location of the apartment is very good. It takes 5 minutes to get to the beach. The environment is beautiful. I especially like the garden swimming pool on the roof. It is also very close to convenience stores and restaurants. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the night market. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. My friends and I are very happy.

10/10Loved my stay in Penthouse 6C. The place was spotless, well designed with split master suites, and convenient to town and the beach. The terrace view was great, but the view from the upstairs plunge pool deck was unbeatable. Definitely recommend for a relaxed and quiet Kata Beach stay, and I will definitely be back. 10/10We visited Thailand for 3 weeks as family vacation and this place was our base when exploring Phuket. The apartment was spacious and the pool on the rooftop was an absolute highlight. Also, Kata Noi Beach was lovely. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is on the third floor without elevator. We were glad our toddler was able to climb the stairs by herself. Jariya (Bow) and her whole team were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.
10/10The place to be in Kata Noi if you are looking for an exclusive place to stay. Literally a few steps away from the beach, with great views. Excellent service, go for it!
