В гостиной вокруг журнального столика стоит L-образный диван, а рядом с ним - деревянная обеденная скамья. Дальше расположена гостевая кухня, оформленная в холодных серых и белых тонах, с полным набором кухонной техники, островной стойкой и столом для завтрака на восемь персон. Большая часть отдыха проходит в уютной семейной комнате, где есть телевизор с DVD-плеером, бильярдный стол и игры.
За виллой Amanzi присматривает команда, состоящая из управляющего виллой, уборщицы, частного повара, разнорабочего и охранника. Дополнительный персонал, например, частные массажисты или няни для детей, предоставляются за дополнительную плату.
