In der Villa Amanzi können 12 Gäste in sechs Schlafzimmern bequem untergebracht werden.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer besticht durch seinen ungehinderten Blick auf den Ozean, den umlaufenden Balkon mit Terrazzo-Badewanne im Freien und Apple TV mit DVD-Player. Das eigene Badezimmer verfügt über einen doppelten Waschtisch und eine Dusche.
Drei Gästeschlafzimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss; zwei sind mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet (die in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden können), während das dritte über ein Doppelbett verfügt. Satellitenfernseher und eigene Badezimmer mit Duschen sind in allen Zimmern vorhanden. Ein gemeinsamer Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und das Meer erstreckt sich von den Zimmern aus.
Zwei Gästeschlafzimmer befinden sich in der unteren Etage, eines davon mit einem Doppelbett, das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet. Beide Zimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und bieten einfachen Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Bad mit Whirlpool.

Ein 15 Meter langer Infinity-Pool, der von Liegestühlen flankiert wird, erstreckt sich bis zum Meer. Er ist der Mittelpunkt des Außenbereichs - hier können Sonnenhungrige ein Bad im Pool nehmen, sich sonnen, die Meeresbrise genießen und unvergessliche Sonnenuntergänge erleben. Eine gepflegte Rasenfläche am Pool dient als Spielplatz für Kinder oder als Ort für Grillabende und Mahlzeiten im Freien.
Der offene Wohnbereich der Villa Amanzi im tropischen Stil wirkt wunderbar weitläufig; die Wohnräume gehen nahtlos ineinander über und öffnen sich zur sonnenverwöhnten Poolterrasse und zum Rasen.
In der Lounge steht ein L-förmiges Sofa um einen Couchtisch herum, daneben befindet sich eine hölzerne Essbank. Weiter drinnen befindet sich eine in kühlen Grau- und Weißtönen gehaltene Gästeküche, die mit einer Reihe von Kochgeräten, einer Arbeitsinsel und einem Frühstückstisch für acht Personen ausgestattet ist. Ein Großteil der Entspannung findet in einem gemütlichen Familienzimmer statt, das über einen Fernseher mit DVD-Player, einen Billardtisch und Spiele verfügt.
Als Full-Service-Anwesen wird die Villa Amanzi von einem Team vor Ort betreut, das aus einem Villenmanager, Hauspersonal, Privatkoch, Handwerker und Sicherheitspersonal besteht. Zusätzliches Personal, wie z.B. private Massagetherapeuten oder Kinderbetreuer, sind gegen Aufpreis verfügbar.
