Makata Villa 2 is een twee verdiepingen tellend vakantieverblijf dat hedendaagse tropische elegantie illustreert. De interieurs zijn ingericht met overwegend uitstekend vervaardigde, ingewikkelde en retro houten meubelen en armaturen, alsook met in-vogue en weelderige stukken. De voorzieningen zijn van hotel en resort standaard - om de totale tevredenheid en recreatie van elke gast te verzekeren. Echt, Makata Villa 2 biedt u een oase van luxe met een nostalgische charme.
De villa heeft drie slaapkamers met airconditioning. Twee - de hoofdslaapkamer en een gastenkamer - bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping. Een andere gastenkamer bevindt zich op de begane grond. De ouderslaapkamer heeft een gedrapeerd kingsize bed met vier bedden en een eigen badkamer met een verzonken ligbad en een regendouche. De logeerkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden en een eigen badkamer met regendouche. Beide slaapkamers delen een lang balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. Op de begane grond heeft de tweede gastenkamer een kingsize bed, evenals een speciale badkamer met een regendouche.

Naast de slaapvleugel van de villa - aan de verhoogde buitenkant van het pand - ligt het acht meter lange zwembad. Neem een duik in het uitnodigende, glasachtige water voor wat doelloos pootjebaden, of voor wat speels gespetter. Als u uit het water komt, kunt u gaan liggen op de houten bedden bij het zwembad, gedeeltelijk in de schaduw van een grote parasol op het stenen dek bij het zwembad. Of u kunt gewoon ontspannen op de lange sofa en stoel van geweven hout met kussens en een hoekbank op de veranda op de tweede verdieping. Het zwemgedeelte is ideaal voor cocktail- en barbecuefeestjes bij het zwembad, vooral op koele avonden.
Op de zonnige, luchtige en hoge tweede verdieping van de villa bevindt zich het woongedeelte. Rond de grote hoekbank voor de breedbeeld TV kunt u met z'n allen uitkijken naar de nieuwe aflevering van de nieuwste blockbuster serie. Of, nog een keer, uw favoriete filmklassieker bekijken. In het midden van de gemeenschappelijke ruimte staat de eethoek met een houten tafel voor zes personen. Hier kunt u genieten van de authentieke Thaise keuken - en van uw meest gevraagde comfort food - geserveerd door de chef-kok, hetzij uit de volledig uitgeruste, ultra-moderne keuken aan de ene kant van de tweede verdieping of uit de Thaise keuken direct onder op de begane grond.
De dagelijkse diensten van de villa worden verzorgd door een staf onder leiding van een manager, bijgestaan door een zwembadverzorger, een tuinman, huishoudsters en beveiligingspersoneel. Op uw verzoek kan een beroep worden gedaan op een kok, een babysitter, een chauffeur en een spa therapeut. Voor hun diensten wordt echter een afzonderlijke vergoeding gevraagd.
Makata Villa 2 ligt in de buurt van Kata Beach - hoewel een korte wandeling van de villa het strand van Kata Noi is. Breng de dag zwemmend door, kam de witte-zand kustlijn, evenals dineren in de must-try restaurants langs Kata Zuid, zoals Capaninna, Boathouse en Villa Royale. Vang de golven bij Surf House Phuket, waag u aan minigolf op het Flintstones-geïnspireerde parcours van het Dino Theme Park en neem selfies en Instagram-waardige kiekjes bij Karon View Point en bij Kata Temple. 10/10Thank you to the entire Luxe villas team for being responsive and resolving all issues in the shortest possible time. It took 5 minutes to check in. The villa fully matches the photos and description, the cleaning is good, the pool is lovely, always clean(it was cleaned almost every day) and warm, even at night it was quite warm and my daughter was difficult to get out of it😄. It is very quiet and private around. There were small problems that were immediately resolved by the Luxe Villa team, as they were somewhere in Katamanda. The territory is guarded 24/7, Kata Beach is a 4-minute walk, most of the territory of Katamanda, Kata is 7-10 minutes away, walk along the edge of the road. Nearby there is both a cafe and an excellent modern massage salon, as well as a Canelle coffee shop on the hill in a 2-minute drive, a must-visit. It was wonderful and did not want to leave, thank you to the whole Lixe Villas team for the warm welcome, in the future I will contact you.
10/10We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The host provided lots of tips and helped to sort out issues immediately (there were not many). The villa is very well equipped, cleaning service is provided three times a week with change of bed linen included. The villa estate is very close to restaurants and shops yet very private. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
10/10I had to come to Phuket for work and took my family with me. My sister from Italy was also here at a nearby resort. The locations allowed us to spend some quality time with family. My kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor bathtub. The villa has everything you need to stay comfortable and to relax, a quiet corner of tranquillity. The communication was quick and easy, and check-in and check-out were painless. In my opinion, it was ideal for a family. Thanks a million, Jariya.
10/10Great place to stay!Comfortable stay here with friends, although there are many deciduous leaves on the pool and lounge chair when checking in, it was cleaned in a timely manner after communicating with the staff.
10/10I would love to say thanks for the team ! They done excellent job ! The location is really good, 5 mins you can riding bike to anywhere you need ! 15mins walk to the restaurant, pharmacy, grocery. The house is so beautiful ! As a chef I enjoyed use the huge kitchen as well ! This house will be my first choice when I visit Phuket again!

10/10Great place to stay, very nice private estate, super close to the main beaches. Bow communicated well, and supported us by arranging airport transfers, and Nee helped to get us a day excursion too. The apartment and pool were spacious and with great facilities, such as washing machine and coffee maker. The patio had sunshine and shade throughout the day, really lovely.
