9.8/10The facilities are excellent. We had kids aged 1, 8, 11, and 16 years old, and they loved Rawai Park. The location was excellent, 2 minutes walk to Tops market & Rawai sea front. The villa was clean and comfortable, the TV had access to Netflix, good WiFi, and all toiletries were included. I requested an early checkout for 6.30 am, and the staff were excellent. Housekeeping came every day while we were out so we could focus on enjoying our mini break. The beds were very hard, so we spoke with housekeeping, and they added a topper, which made all the difference
10/10The villas are really clean. It's near to a decent supermarket and near really good food. The beds are comfortable. We all felt safe staying in the villa as it is well lit. It is also near to the beaches. Excellent stay area. As the villa is still going through a revamp therefore there are construction around. Bicycles provided is pretty rusted, not well maintained. Pillows are abit soft and flat for my preference. Will look forward to staying there again once it's completely complete.
10/10Overall - really high quality of accommodations with having pretty much all set in the villas but the location is a bit far from a lot of popular spots in Phuket while we really enjoyed the villa, hoping to re-visit later on

10/10It’s a lovely private villa , quite and calm. Beautiful and clean enough just as described, the staff are very friendly and helpful , responsive. If you are driving then is convenient to everywhere.
9.6/10The villa we stayed at looks new. Everything worked and the villa was fully stocked of the essentials needed for a family with small kids. Although I appreciate the availability of a washer, an added dryer would be immensely helpful. We had to utilize the laundry service.
10/10The villa is very new. The swimming pool inside the villa is really nice. An apple stove is provided for barbecuing by the pool. The hygiene is excellent. Our family stayed here for nine days, and we could go to a nearby large supermarket to buy groceries and cook. Motorbikes can be rented at the entrance to go to Kata and Karon beaches. (It is better to rent a car from the airport to drive here as it is more cost-effective.) We have left wonderful memories here.
10/10“Recommended villas” The villa environment is very clean and tidy, the swimming pool is very large. We stayed in this villa for 9 days, and both adults and children felt very comfortable and happy. The villa staff were very friendly, and there was a water pool and playhouse for the children to play in. I sincerely recommend this Phuket villa as a must-stay for family travel. 👍👍👍
