Firstly I would like to thank Pia and Rodger they were very friendly and kind people. Always been responsive. Villa was an amazing, very clean and had all necessary things even board games and swimming stuffs for kids. Loved sunset view from the pool. The area was quiet and relaxing. There was a vegan cafe with a beautiful viewing spot. Kind Regards, Undrakh

A fantastic family getaway. We are a family of 11 on holiday for Xmas. The villa was great, clean spacious and modern. Very good size pool which we all enjoyed. Communication with Pia was excellent. Very responsive, and always on hand to help out and share recommendations. The villa is at the top of a hill with lovey views, however could cause a challenge for those with mobility issues, although taxis are always on hand using Bolt or Grab. Thanks Pia and Roger!

Our group of 10 had an amazing stay at Villa Ginborn! Pia and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home throughout our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped to accommodate all of us comfortably. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made our trip truly memorable. I highly recommend staying here, and we would love to return in the future. Thank you, Pia and Roger, for such a fantastic experience!

Congratulations to Pia and Roger you have a responsible team especially Elizabeth and Chef Madel. They are friendly, prompt response even a small request. Elizabeth is more than helpful. Madel, you let’s us gain weight and we need to work out in the following days, thank you for your excellent dinner. The Villa is spacious, clean and quiet. We have enjoy a great time with families not only the pool and amazing sunset, you can seat together beside the pool and chill until midnight because the weather is cool at night and no mosquitoes there. Too many want to share, come and enjoy a great time, highly recommend.

The villa is very close to all the famous spots, it is particilarly good if you drive as there are 2 parking spaces available, otherwise the villa is away from main road and must call taxi to pick up as no outside car will drive in to this area or you can walk 5 mins to the main road. Our group have 10 adults and Pia arranged an early check in as we arrived early. House is big and room is clean. Pia lives nearby and quick to response our request. Quality of drinking water is not good in Phuket, there is water filter to the tap and large bottle water provided. Bedsheets and towels in all rooms are clean and room facilities are sufficient. We came the hottest season and electricity charge is high but we have a magnificent sunset and sea view whatever inside the house or in the pool. The pool water is very clean and we swam everyday. Location is also close to Kata beach and many choices of restaurants in the town. Good choice to pick the villa n we have great moment there.

I’m struggling to find any negative with this villa. Perhaps my bed was a little hard but that is personal preference and I would certainly go again! Pia and Roger are very helpful, This villa really is a great place to stay! Highly recommended!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed the stay at Villa Ginborn. The place was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa was in close proximity to a wellness centre which was convenient and at walkable distance to Kata beach and various cafes and mini marts. Pia was extremely helpful and responsive before and throughout our stay. We highly recommend the villa and would love to stay again in the future.

Pia and Roger were just wonderful! From my booking, to the arrival, during my stay, to the check-out, everything went smoothly and without complications. The communication and friendliness of the two were truly unique and accommodating. Each room has its own large bed and bathroom. There were five of us and everyone had their privacy and at the same time we had the opportunity to spend time together in the living area. The pool and the terrace were additional attractions and rounded off the villa to perfection. It also has its own garage where you could park the rented scooters. The well-known towns are all nearby and therefore easily accessible by scooter or Grab. We would book this villa again at any time and can therefore highly recommend it. We were able to communicate a few suggestions for improvement on site, which were gratefully accepted. Well done Pia & Roger ;)

We stayed here over the songkran festival and had a brilliant time. Beautiful villa, welcoming hosts and a perfect location. The view is outstanding and our two families (4 adults and 5 kids aged from 5-10) all had a ball. Book it!

Following a recent stay at this villa with a group of 8 people, for 9 days we can all highly recommend this villa. This is a very accommodating villa, we found all the bedrooms were of a more than adequate size, all ensuite, well furnished and comfortable, it was easy to settle in to the villa very quickly. The Villa is maintained to a high standard and the helpful owner is close enough to resolve any issues one might have or provide you with invaluable local knowledge. The kitchen is very well equipped for all manner of budding chef’s and amateur chef’s alike. The Huge refrigerator is able to hold enough food for a large size group and comes with the added bonus/necessity of providing cold filtered water and an ice dispenser which comes in very handy. The living room is very open and comfortable place to relax in. The pool and it’s surround patio area is comfortable, clean and provides a relaxing space where you can either spend the whole day relaxing and enjoying the view of the sea and sunset in the evening. See pictures attached. Due to the location of the villa the surrounding area is not very busy so there is no through traffic or general noise so it is quite a relaxing location, there was some construction on the property next door which should be completed by now. All that's left to do once you've booked this Villa is to decide if you are a Chang person or a Singha person, me I've still not decided, so I guess I'll have to go back.

This is our first time going to Phuket with my mother, my brothers and our families. And we all agreed that the Villa Ginborn was perfect. On arrival, we were greeted by the friendly owners, Pia and husband. The first impression was excellent - clean and spacious. Although the price is comparable to hotel accommodations, but the layout of the place encouraged lots interaction among the extended family members. Other than exploring Phuket and the nearby islands, we actually spent time relaxing in the villa. Enjoyed the play at the pool, the barbecue beside the pool (thanks to owners for arranging for us last minute), the card game sessions at the living room, the video sessions in the living room on the second floor (quite a wide selection of titles), and most of all - the cooking and chatting in the open concept kitchen (very well equipped). The place was quite easy to clean up as the necessities (trash bags and liquid detergents) were there. The checkout was simple and problem-free. We really loved the place. The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. It was like a home away from home. Definitely my first choice if we are coming back to visit!
