Villa Hale Malia

The villa was amazing, even better than the photos on the website but the best thing of the villa and the holiday was the service, they guy in the house (Nam) was the highlight of the trip, it seems that he knew what we wanted ever before we thought about it, like if he was able to read minds. Always with a great attitude and non stop working, unbelievable the amount of work we could do in one day. We have stayed in many places like this but never had such an amazing service. The only negative things about the villa were 3: 1) The pressure and water temerature of the showers wasn't good, very inconsistent. 2) The aircon of the tv room wasnt working properly (the manager of the villa came to apologize and explain that something broke and even they order the spare part asap it would take 5 days to arrive from bangkok) 3) The temperature of the spa wasnt hot, it was same as the pool. Apart from that everything was great!

Since we have been to this villa before it felt a little like coming home when Nam & Nom met us at arrival. As usual everybody's wish was catered for whether it was fresh fruit cocktails by the pool or non spicy broccoli for lunch. Amazing how you can combine fun with friends and spending time with the kids in such a relaxed way. The view from the infinity pool gives me energy to go back to hectic days again.

Nam and Nom are the most amazing duo,read your mind, your wishes come trough,their coctails and food where grate the place looks exactly like the pictures on the internet grate views and ambience there was 6 adults,two teenagers and small 9 weeks old baby,we all were cared for,had very good holiday the villa staff and manager looked after us and got teenagers from troubles

What an amazing experience. The villa it self is so beautiful and tastefully appointed. The location simply stunning. Most importantly the staff were amazing. Nothing was too difficult and the food was amazing.

The Villa, Hale Malia, was amazing! Not only did we love the villa itself but also the services of the staff. The chef and housekeeper, Jiti and Namm, were very friendly and attentive.
