Thank you for your interest in our villas. We look forward to speaking with you!
Villa Laut is a vacation residence that’s simple in design. The property is proportionally divided among the main villa, the swimming pool and the garden. This kind of layout, in a way, ensures that accommodations are spacious and comfortable, that the pool area has just the right size for swimming, and that the garden is more than just a patch of lawn. The symmetry exemplified by Villa Laut clearly demonstrates that, truly, simplicity is beauty.
The villa has three bedrooms. All open out to the swimming pool area and the garden. Each bedroom also has a king-sized bed and a dedicated bathroom.
Occupying about half of the outdoor area – right beside the main villa – is the eight-meter swimming pool. Jump in from the wooden deck. Or wade in from the well-kept lawn. Wherever you are in the villa, you have direct access to the crystal-clear, inviting waters – whenever you need a soothing dip or whenever you’re in the mood for some splashy fun. Out of the water, you can also bathe in the sun as you lie on cushioned pool beds by tall tropical plants at the edge of the garden. Once it gets too hot, take your place at the outdoor dining area under the shade of the covered terrace and lazily lounge with a cool, refreshing drink.
From the swimming pool area through sliding doors is the living area. On the large and long couch facing a big, widescreen TV you can all gather to catch the next episode of your favorite hit series. Just behind the couch is the indoor dining area with a wooden table good for six. Here, you can all take turns impressing one another with culinary masterpieces conveniently prepared and freshly cooked at the kitchen set up along the corner wall.
Regular services at the villa are provided by a staff composed of a housekeeper, a pool attendant and a security detail.
Venture out and head towards the sea. From Villa Laut, the white-sand, swimming beach of Nai Harn is just a five-minute drive away. After getting your saltwater fix, get onboard a traditional Long-Tail Boat and set off for an island-hopping tour of neighboring Ko Bon, Ko Kaew, Ko Lon, Ko Aeo and Ko Hae – which is also known as Coral Island. Nai Harn is also one place that always has an abundant catch of really fresh and delicious seafood. Get a taste of the local specialties at Sala Loi and experience the traditional way of dining – from a mat on the floor. After a surely heavy and satisfying meal, hit the road, this time, and make your way to the Phuket Shell Museum and to Promthep Cape View Point to marvel at the magnificent sunset.
