Sea View Zenith Villa features six well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, private balconies, and breathtaking sea views. Natural materials like teak wood and travertine stone add warmth, while high ceilings and soft lighting create a restful atmosphere. All bedrooms include double beds, smart TVs with international channels, air-conditioning, and safety boxes. Three bedrooms offer bathtubs, and one includes a jacuzzi for added indulgence.

It includes a shallow section ideal for children, and is lined with sun loungers and umbrellas for all-day comfort. Next to the pool, a shaded pavilion with a wooden roof offers a stylish open-air lounge area—perfect for casual gatherings, afternoon drinks, or evening conversations. There’s also an outdoor shower and barbecue setup, enhancing the villa’s appeal as an inviting space for both quiet moments and lively get-togethers.
Inside, the villa features an air-conditioned open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, designed for comfort and social living. A long wood and marble dining table seats 10, while plush sofas and a smart TV with over 1,000 channels make the living room a perfect spot to unwind. The fully equipped Western kitchen includes a drip and capsule coffee machine, kettle, and local dark roast coffee. Guests also have access to a home audio system, board games, and a small fitness corner with a cross-trainer, dumbbells, and a yoga mat.
Guests are cared for by a professional staff team including a villa manager, private chef, housekeepers, and 24-hour security. A daily continental breakfast is provided, and the chef can prepare customized meals or arrange poolside barbecues. Additional services like babysitting, massage therapy, and a private driver are available on request (extra charge).
