Four bedrooms are spread out across the property. Three of the bedrooms are outfitted with king beds, while the fourth is kitted out with twin singles. All rooms feature sea-facing balconies, TV with DVD player and en suite bathrooms, while the master bedroom is equipped with additional amenities like a walk-in closet, Apple TV and jacuzzi bathtub.

Ideally kitted for beach lovers, Villa Summer Estate offers direct access to the beach. All that separates you from the coast is a neatly manicured lawn, outfitted with an alfresco dining set and lounge furnishings for outdoor gatherings.

And just before the main living pavilion stands an infinity pool, flanked by a daybed and recliners so you can dry off comfortably after a swim. Beach and sports equipment, including a pool raft, bodyboards, as well as basketball and table tennis equipment are available at request.

Designed to make the best of it scenic coastal surroundings, the villa’s main living area features full-length glass folding doors that draw the eyes out towards the ocean. White and neutral tones dominate the interiors, and along with the contemporary furnishings give the villa a chic, stylish vibe.

The lounge features plush sofa seating, and extends out towards a kitchen outfitted with top of the line equipment and a dining bench. It’s a cooking enthusiast’s dream come true - there’s ample countertop space, Miele cooking appliance, illy espresso machine and bakeware.

A fully equipped gym lets you keep up with your fitness routines during vacation time. You’ll find the essentials, including a treadmill, stationary bike and a weight bench.
