Thank you for your interest in our villas. We look forward to speaking with you!
Imagine living in a hilltop tropical paradise, with the gorgeous Surin beach at your feet, and the view of the Andaman Sea spread out before you. Villa Ayara Surin offers all of these and more, and is an impressive slice of paradise perched some 60m above sea level.
Villa Ayara Surin is a traditional Thai style villa built over 3 levels. The entrance is on the top floor of the villa. Guests will also find here the spacious lounge and formal dining room. Whittle the day away lounging in a plush sofa, or enjoy a game of billiards whilst soaking in the views.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms in Villa Ayara Surin. The master bedroom suites have a luxurious whirlpool bath in the en-suite bathrooms. One of the guest bedrooms is combined with the gymnasium. All the bedrooms in this magnificent villa are well appointed and boast lovely views.
The mezzanine of the villa features the 10m salt water pool, flanked by pool terraces, a sala and outdoor dining area. The salt-water pool also has a little bubble pool at its edge. Guests can pamper their senses whilst admiring the glorious views of the ocean.
For reservations of more than three bedrooms an additional maid is required at a small additional charge.
I don't know where I will start but let me tell you one thing. This villa is A M A Z I N G. That's how I will call it. Stayed here with my colleague and we all loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The food... ahhhhhhh... now I am missing it. Will definitely recommend this villa to anyone seeking a perfect vacation in Phuket.
The level of service at the villa was one of the best in the world. The villa itself it grand, beautiful and homey. My family enjoyed it a lot and we want to go back again next year. I should not forget to mention the food prepared by the staff is very delicious. I will certainly recommend the villa to my friends.
This 6-bedroom luxury villa in Phuket is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the island. It is built on an elevated private community with a beautiful view of the ocean and the beaches on the west cost. It is perfect for family, corporate retreat, or group of friends traveling and want to have a great time and relaxation in Phuket. The highlight of this villa would be the Infinity pool, mini golf course, the view from the villa, the service, and the staff.
Gorgeous setting as resort rooms are perched on top of a hill, away from the hustle and bustle of nearby traffic & providing elevated views. Room was well-appointed and well-maintained with a large bathroom & outdoor whirlpool in the balcony where one can relax while soaking in the beautiful ocean view. Short stroll (3-5 min) to surin beach, many cheaper restaurants and spa options available there. Breakfast was a good spread. Had such a wonderful stay.
For those who love their luxurious comforts, Rak Tawan offers a heaven-sent combination blend ofof a striking tropical hilltop location and a modern, open design that floods the villa with light and cool tropical breezes. Though built seven years agoin 2003, this villa still appears brand new and its timeless style, extensive use of natural materials including stone and local woods, and contemporary art pieces add to its fresh look. Though we hadn’t planned to hold an event here, the amazing bar and terrace area made us feel we should create an occasion just to take advantage of this perfect pool-party venue! Indeed, there have been many lavish events and weddings held here, and the villa manager mentioned that entertaining up to 150 guests was not out of the question. With the hubbub of villa activity centred around the pool and terrace, the top-floor living/TV area is a great spot for a quiet retreat and taking in the sea views. Whether the visit is for a family holiday or executive retreat, no one gets a short shrift when it comes to sleeping quarters; four king-bedded rooms provide added romance with double bathtubs, while the fifth bedroom features its own living area and double bed with additional sleeping space for three more – just great for kids sits in its own pavilion at the top corner of the villa, offering some of the best views (though its ensuite lacks a bathtub).. WhilstThough there are other villas nearby within the estate, Rak Tawan's height and lush landscaping keeps it well out of sight of its neighbours. The only other life we spotted here were a few scampering squirrels and a friendly bird that tap-tapped on a bedroom window. The steep drive up and down the hill can be a bit daunting, but the villa staff will happily go out for provisions when needed and taxis can be arranged. Foodies will be impressed by the Thai chef’s skills here – his meals are prepared with real care and flair, and all the kitchen facilities – both in the main kitchen and staff kitchen – are top-of-the line. A Western chef may be brought in by special arrangement, too, for an extra charge. (The owner is an investor in the restaurant business so the food service here is very well thought out.)
