Located ten minutes from the tourist hub of Patong Beach, which is home to happening beach clubs, bars, restaurants and much more. The villa is a three-bedroom holiday haven with quality amenities and services especially for its guests. The traditional Thai heritage can be found interwoven within the very essence of the villa, with a fusion of contemporary and authentic décor. Guests will have the luxury to experience Thai hospitality in the midst of lush tropical vegetation.
The villa features three, well-furnished air-conditioned bedrooms are situated next to the entrance and open out to the gardens and well-landscaped lawns. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with king-sized bed and the third bedroom is furnished with single beds. There are plush armchairs, writing desks, and ottomans in each of the bedrooms for the comfort and convenience of the guests. The rooms are designed with care with artwork and wooden flooring as well as Thai sculptures.
The bedrooms come with en-suite bathroom that are all wood and marble to give you a luxurious and tranquil ambiance while you bathe in the whirlpool tubs. There is ample natural ventilation and sunlight that seeps into the room through glass doors.
Villa Miltonia features a lavish 10-metre long swimming pool, which is an absolute must for a tropical getaway as guests can laze around and play in the water, while the sun shines in the clear blue skies. The sun chairs placed beside the pool are perfect for lounging as you read a good book, bask in the glorious sunlight, or even work on your tan. A poolside traditional sala houses an alfresco dining area, so you can enjoy an enchanting meal with your friends and family. A sitting area is also there furnished with chairs and sofas to make for a cozy space for you to relax in. Verdant gardens and the lush greenery will welcome and allow you to breathe in the fresh air around you.
The tastefully decorated living area is located on the upper floor which is the main entrance to Villa Miltonia. Ascend the steps to reach the well-furnished room which features a traditional Asian décor, high-vaulted ceilings, with artefacts, paintings, and other sculptures that mark the walls and corners of the room. The rich, red tones exude a lovely opulence to give you an inviting and warm ambiance to call your own for the next few days. The comfortable sitting space is furnished with plush armchairs, white couches, wooden lattice screens, a massive flat-screen TV and another open-plan living space.
The dining area and kitchen is also on the same floor as the living area and boasts of a 6-seater dining table. The kitchen is fully-equipped and fitted with modern appliances and amenities. The modern kitchen is accented by the Thai décor that surrounds it, creating a wholesome atmosphere. The veranda is also home to several daybeds, where you can lounge without any disturbances.
There is nothing the villa does not offer to make your stay memorable and exciting. The kitchen is equipped with a teppanyaki grill, where the chef can prepare some delicious meals for you. Housekeeping and maintenance of the room is well taken care of, and if you wish you can request the staff for recommendations and tips on how to travel or what to see in Phuket.
Patong beach is only ten minutes walk from the villa. With a seafront location, Patong beach is the best spot for some holidaying under the sun. You can enjoy delectable seafood at restaurants like Pan Yaah, Kaab Gluay, and Sea Hag and many more. Go kayaking and indulge in other water activities at Phang nga bay and discover the local shopping spots while you are there!
