10/10Julia is an excellent host who will answer your questions swiftly and can make travel arrangements and bookings for you. The staff are excellent. Cook great Thai food and very courteous and well mannered. What you see in the photos is what you get. Great location near Patong but also have your own privacy. There are 6 rooms plus 1 small kids room. Has all the amenities you will require. Swimming pool and games room was excellent for our small group. A little noise at night as it’s beside the road but not too much to stop us from sleeping well. Great hang our area I’m sitting room too opening to the pool. Overall highly recommended villa
