Unlike the bustling, tourist-populated areas along the western and southern coastlines of the island, the north isn’t as widely visited; it’s quiet and peaceful, and doesn’t offer as much variety in terms of dining or nightlife attractions. But that’s perfect if what you’re seeking is a restful getaway, with easy access to unspoilt nature and an array of cultural and nature sites.
Popular attractions in the vicinity include Ao Phang-nga National Park, home to the iconic James Bond Island, the Muslim sea gypsy village of Ko Panyi, mangrove forests and hongs (collapsed cave systems). The dining scene in Natai isn’t as wide-ranging compared to the more popular, oft-visited parts of the island - yet you’ll find a decent selection of cafes, casual eateries and fine dining restaurants. 10/10A home away from home, an amazing beachfront property nestled within an estate. This home is built on a grand scale with large rooms and entertainment spaces but still warm and comfortable to live in. Its secluded location gives you loads of personal space with private beach access. There’s bicycle ready at the porch for you to explore the estate. I captured an amazing sunset one evening, a view that is now built into my core memory. My favourite feature of the home is the lap pool overlooking the sea and huge TV for movie nights. The staffs are super attentive and cater to all your needs. They cleaned my room like 3 times a day, leaving it feel refreshed. I highly recommend to book and experience it for yourself. Great for families and company retreats!
