Villa Jia At Jivana is a beachfront vacation complex composed of about five pavilions showcasing contemporary tropical elegance. Interiors are appointed with predominantly masterfully crafted and complementary dark wood furnishings and fixtures along with stylish, naturally finished wood as well as modern and luxurious pieces. Amenities are uncompromisingly top-of-the-line – to assure absolute guest convenience and diversion. Truly, Villa Jia At Jivana offers you privileged vacation living with a coastal feel.
The villa has six air-conditioned bedrooms in two pavilions – three bedrooms in each pavilion. Four of these bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and two bedrooms have twin beds. All bedrooms have dedicated bathrooms with rain showers. However, four of these bathrooms have fitted bathtubs. Four of these bedrooms have direct access to the swimming area, and two bedrooms open out to exclusive gardens.

Along the edge of the extensive property’s exterior – just before the beach – is the 25-meter infinity pool that flows down to a smaller kiddie pool. Dive into the infinity pool’s beckoning, glassy waters for your brisk, routine laps. For a breather, you can stretch out on the wide, cushioned day beds under the shade of the sala by the beach.
At the villa’s sunny, spacious, breezy and high-ceilinged main pavilion – called The Great Room – is the living area. Around its luxurious sofas and chairs, you can all get together for engaging conversation. There are three dining areas. The indoor dining area – with its brightly finished, timber wood table that seats 12 – is at the other half of The Great Room. The first alfresco dining area – with its timber wood table that seats 10 – is out on this same pavilion’s covered terrace. The second alfresco dining area – with its circular, timber wood table that seats eight – is under the shade of the poolside dining sala. Wherever you choose to dine at, you can all feast on authentic local cuisine – as well as international favorites – concocted by the in-house chef at the villa’s kitchen pavilion. The villa also has a family pavilion with a TV lounge – where you can all catch shows you’ve been closely following, as well as a cinema and game room – where you can go on a marathon of your can’t-get-enough-of films, then vie for the top prize on the billiards table.
Tasked to render the regular services of the villa is a staff led by a manager supported by a chef, a concierge, as well as by housekeepers and security personnel. A babysitter and a spa therapist may be called in upon your request. Their services, however, come with a separate charge. Car rental is available.
Villa Jia At Jivana is based along Natai Beach. From the villa, go on a road trip to Sirinat, Ao Phang Nga and Khao Sok National Parks where you will be amazed by its abundant bio diversity which includes sea turtles and other endangered species. While here, you can also pass by the Tsunami Museum and the Turtle Conservation Center. On another day out, go kayaking on Phang Nga Bay and paddle through its famed limestone pillars. Then sail on to the Phi Phi Islands and dive at Shark Point and at the King Cruiser ferry wreck site. On your next day tour, go see Ko Panyi – a village on stilts, as well as a cultural performance at the Siam Namarit Theater. Notable dining places in the immediate area are Rabian Lay Thai and Kok Kloy.
10/10I just returned from a stay at Jia and was very happy with my time there. The grounds were very large, there were eight of us, but it felt like we could fit eight more without being too crowded (though I think its capacity is 10-12). The place shows some signs of its age but overall is very well maintained. I was surprised to discover that amenities that one would expect at a full on hotel, like massages and food were available (the food was excellent). If you are not with a large group of friends then it might not be as appealing as its a bit further away from more populated areas of Phuket, but if you enjoy privacy and seclusion this definitely fits the bill. Jia is right on the beach which is great if you like the ocean (there is also a really nice pool). The beach itself is nice but not stunning, though I am from Southern California so have a particularly high bar for beaches. There isn't a gym but if you must get your exercise in, a run on the beach or laps in the 25 meter pool will do just fine.
