Villa Suan Sawan has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms. One of the rooms is fitted with a king-size double bed and the other with twin beds. Each room has a TV with satellite channels, wardrobes and a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a rain shower. The rooms are furnished elegantly with teak furniture, a wooden floor and unique art.

Tucked on the ground level of the double-storey pavilion, the open living room is designed with full-length glass doors opening up to the outside terrace, overlooking the estate’s gardens. The well-appointed living room features an elegant modern-Asian interior design. There is a sofa TV corner, a 4-seater dining table and an open kitchen equipped with all you need. Villa Suan Sawan also features a sitting room with an LCD TV and cable channels.

Villa Suan Sawan is part of Katamanda Estate, a fabulous hillside property overlooking the jungle and the beautiful beaches of Kata and Kata Noi in Southwest Phuket. The pristine white sandy beach of Kata Noi is just 800 metres away and you can easily get down there on foot. Kata Town is home to fine-dining restaurants and cafes, a great place to go for dinner, shopping and beachside fun. The sunsets are gorgeous on this side of the island and the beaches are also perfect for surfing.
