Villa Naam Sawan is a sleek, design-led five-bedroom villa in Cape Yamu, with wide-open sea views and a layout that makes group holidays feel effortless. Villa Naam Sawan keeps its bedrooms calm and contemporary, soft tones, clean lines, and big glass doors that open to sea-and-garden views. The standout is the master suite, set up like a private retreat with a generous sitting area and direct access to the terrace.
Several rooms open straight to the pool deck, which is ideal for early swimmers and anyone who likes to step outside with a coffee. For families, the twin bedroom is a practical win, while every room still feels grown-up, comfortable, and properly private with its ensuite bathroom.

The main event outdoors is the long infinity-edge pool, positioned to catch those uninterrupted views across Phang Nga Bay. There’s plenty of space to stretch out on the sun loungers, with a wide deck that makes it easy for everyone to find their spot, sun or shade.

The sleek kitchen is designed for real use, whether that’s a quick snack for the kids or a proper dinner spread. When the day slows down, the media room is the natural retreat, cool, comfortable, and made for movie nights or a quiet break from the sun.
A dedicated villa team takes care of the day-to-day details, with in-villa staff keeping everything running smoothly from morning through evening. There’s also a chef kitchen setup, making in-villa dining feel seamless, especially for groups where coordinating meals can otherwise become a project.
For everything beyond the villa, our Villa Finder Concierge can help organise airport transfers, a private chef schedule, in-villa massages, boat trips around Phang Nga Bay, or family-friendly day plans.
