Thank you for your interest in our villas. We look forward to speaking with you!
Embrace the best of tropical living at Naam Sawan, a seafront estate located along the north eastern coasts of Phuket. The villa’s impeccable architecture - the work of renowned designers Philippe Starck and Jean-Michel Gathy - features living spaces spread out across across multiple levels. From the villa, you’ll enjoy unforgettable coastal views out to Phang Nga Bay, along with easy access to choice attractions on the island.
Naam Sawan is ideally kitted out for travelling parties of eight. Contemporary furnishings, en suites with showers and twin vanities, lounge sofas, spacious dressing areas with built-in wardrobes and floor-to-ceiling glass doors are common features across all bedrooms.
You’ll enjoy easy access to the pool from the master suite, thanks to its prime poolside location. It features a king bed and 50-inch flat screen TV. Of the three guest bedrooms, one features a king bed while the remaining two are furnished with twin singles. The king bedded room, along with one of the twin bedded rooms are kitted out with flat screen TVs.
Naam Sawan’s wide-ranging variety of outdoor amenities offers something for every mood - whether you’re in the mood for social gatherings or quiet relaxation. Villa vacationers of all ages will appreciate the 30-metre infinity pool; there are shallow platforms to accommodate kids, while a swim up cocktail bar with in-water stools let adults enjoy tipples along with a refreshing dip.
Loungers are plonked down in a sea-facing spot by the pool, a shaded poolside lounge offers a prime spot for afternoon siestas and al fresco meals are enjoyed at a poolside pavilion. Head up the stairs to access an upper floor terrace with a reflective pool and lounge seating. Brimming with energy? Work it off with strolls across an extensive lawn that stretches out all the way to a private beach!
Naam Sawan exudes an elegance with its finely appointed interiors, expansive living areas and state of the art amenities. The main living area, furnished with plush couches, glass top coffee table and 10 seater dining set feels extra spacious with its lofty, vaulted ceilings and open layout. Ornamental features, like a pair of circular columns and teak-clad ceilings lend the space an air of grandeur.
It leads to a dining area that opens out to the pool, and comes furnished with an all-white dining set that seats eight. The adjoining guest kitchen takes on a similar, all-white aesthetic, and is outfitted with a breakfast bar and cooking amenities. Unwind with movies in the cosy home cinema, a room with deep velvet walls, sofas and an Apple TV.
With an on-site team - including a villa manager, service staff, housekeeping staff and chef - delivering five star service, you won’t have to lift a single finger throughout your stay. Babysitters, along with in-villa massages are available at additional cost. A wide-ranging spa menu lets you choose between numerous spa and beauty rituals.
Families with young children will appreciate the comprehensive selection of kid-friendly amenities at Naam Sawan, which includes a baby cot, high chair, pool toys, floaters, board games and lawn games.
Guests also enjoy access to the nearby COMO Point Yamu resort, a five star resort with sports and wellness facilities, a private beach club and fine dining establishments.
Cape Yamu’s tranquility makes it a great destination for families and vacationers seeking a getaway from Phuket’s more boisterous, tourist populated towns. While there aren’t many travel attractions in your immediate surroundings, you’ll enjoy easy access to yacht cruising and offshore islands located away from the island’s east coast.
You’re located just steps away from Cape Yamu beach and fine dining venues like Breeze Restaurant and Bar and The Vareeya. Phuket Boat Lagoon, a marina complex with shops and restaurants is 20 minutes’ drive away.
For a day of beach hopping, we recommend visiting the neighbouring islands of Koh Naka Rai or Yang Rai. The vibes are laidback, and you be rubbing shoulders with hordes of sunseekers (as is typically the case at the more popular beaches of Phuket). Sunbathing, swimming and beach strolls are great ways to while away your hours here.
