Villa Layan

Villa Layan has four bedrooms on property which makes it suitable for families, couples, friends, or even a get together with colleagues! The bedrooms feature wooden floors, four-poster king-sized bed, TVs, antique cabinets and all this under traditional Thai ceilings. The bedrooms are spacious and some even lead to the swimming pool making it easier for you to indulge in an early morning dive. The collection of lamps, the bed frame, and other tiny details are what make these bedrooms inviting and truly luxuriant.

The bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms that are fitted with freestanding bathtubs and/or walk-in showers. The bedrooms and bathrooms even lead to private gardens through glass doors for an authentic tropical experience!

The entire landscape comprises a flash of green and blue in a surreal collaboration which provides a wholesome ambiance for the perfect getaway. All you need to do is to relax, rest, and reset for an exciting adventure! There are sun chairs, rattan sofas, bean bag loungers, and parasols to keep it all in and away from the sun. The private swimming pool is your go-to spot for sunbathing and sipping on some cocktails! Poolside bale with comfortable seating is where you can The gardens are replete with thriving flora that only adds to an already magical space.

Housed in the main pavilion that sports a high-soaring Thai ceiling with exposed wooden beams is the living area at Villa Layan. It not only opens to the pool deck, but also offers a 24-hour ventilation system in the form of the island’s fresh, tropical breeze. Natural light shines through every crevice making it brighter and better, for a cheerful space where guests can mingle, enjoy some good wine, delicious appetizers etc. while resting on the plush sofas. Minimalism is key at the villa with décor that highlights the resplendent nature outdoors with subtle colours indoors.

To offset that is the modern entertainment system comprising TV and DVD player, if you wish to watch some films. The eight-seater dining table is solid wood and provides a harmonious corner to guests for relishing delicious Thai food! While you are lounging indoors, you will always have a view of refreshing plants and trees outdoors. The villa is even outfitted with a fully-equipped kitchen which has plenty of modern amenities and facilities!

The villa is a self-sufficient modern home with amenities that will ensure you can live as if living in your home. Besides the European kitchen, the villa is wired with internet services, laundry (charged extra), and free parking to guests if they’ve hired their own cars to take them around the island.
