9.6/10Pretty much everything. The staff, the layout of the accommodation. It just worked. The fact that the rooms are cared for with daily cleaning (the timing of which is convenient for you) is the cherry on top of the cake. A good quality washing machine if a good touch. The area in the bedroom that we used to store our suitcases hadn't been cleaned in some time. Easy to miss though as it is high up. Can be forgiven.
10/10We have spent wonderful familly vacation in 3bedroom pool villa and everything was amazing. I have no complaints about services provided by staff of Rawai VIP villas - cleaning,water refilling,pool cleaning,etc. My young ladies (4 and 6) really enjoyed the waterpark and indoor playinground. We also had booked breakfasts for the whole stay and it was superb - we were little bit lazy during morning,so have a breakfast few steps from your villa was amazing. I did not find anything what I dislike about this accommodation.
10/10Beautiful, self-contained villa on a family friendly property. My toddler loved the kids park. Close to lots of great restaurants. The rooms in the villa are not connected inside— every bedroom opens out onto the pool. This can be a bit tricky with young kids, but we managed it fine. Just something to consider when booking.

10/10If you have children this is a great place to stay, free access to Rawai kids park which has a water park with slides , outdoor covered play park and indoor play area, there is a trampoline park too which you can pay extra for. Villas are lovely and clean with everything you need! I would stay here again!Rawai is lovely and quiet compared to Kata/Karon/Patong so if you are looking for a lovely chilled holiday this is for you!

10/10Apart from the hotel facilities being a bit outdated, everything else is highly recommended and offers great value for money. Each villa comes with a private pool, and the kids enjoyed playing in it for two days without getting tired. However, the facilities in the children's park are somewhat basic, suitable for preschool children. The variety of the buffet breakfast is not particularly extensive, but several items change every day, which is enough. The main advantage is the location, close to Rawai Beach, making it convenient to take long-tail boats out to sea and easy to go to the Rawai seafood market. Since it’s located at the southernmost part of the island, it’s best to rent a car.
10/10We chose a 3-bedroom pool villa for a family trip with my nephew, parents, and younger sister. Since we were traveling with a rental car, the location of the accommodation near Rawai Beach wasn’t very important. We didn’t use breakfast and handled our meals through delivery or nearby restaurants. The water quality management of the pool villa was fine. There were also bicycles available at the accommodation, which we used occasionally. The living room and bedrooms were completely separated, which was a bit inconvenient. We bought rice from a nearby market to cook our meals, making it a nice place that created joyful memories for the family.
9.8/10I asked before my stay to decorate one of the rooms as wedding anniversary for my wife and they exceeded my expectation and even spelled my wife's name with flower petals. Overall stay was excellent with kids play activities in abundance and walking distance to the beach (but it's not for swimming but to book boats to go to other islands)
