Say hello to a tropical vacation made up of the sun, sand and sea! At Villa Tenggara you’re located just a few steps away from the sandy shores and turquoise waters. When you’re not frolicking along the coasts, lounge in comfort within the villa while you take in views out to Chalong Bay, Cape Panwa and the neighbouring islands. Featuring a total of four finely appointed bedrooms, the villa sleeps eight guests, making it an ideal choice for group getaways with family and friends.
Wood panel flooring, wooden fixtures and cream-hued walls lend the bedrooms a cosy vibe. Thoughtful touches, like light dimmers and curtain remote controllers help ensure that you’ll get a night of uninterrupted sleep. The 48-inch UHD TV provides pre-bedtime entertainment, and extras in the room include a safety deposit box, towels, bathrobes and toiletries. All bedrooms feature a private en suite.
Sink into the infinity pool, and let your gaze rest upon the boundless ocean beyond. Pillowy recliners laid out upon the deck call out to guests who enjoy poolside relaxation, basking under the sun and sipping sundowners outdoors during the evenings. The capacious deck also features a dining table that seats eight - perfect for days when you feel like dining al fresco. When the evenings are cool and breezy, fire up the barbecue pit for a scrumptious grilled feast.
Sunlight floods into the living spaces of Villa Tenggara, creating interiors that are bright and inviting. The vibe is chic and contemporary; the living spaces are outfitted with modern pieces and ornaments in vibrant colours. Relax in air conditioned comfort when you curl up on the couch in the indoor lounge or tuck into a meal at the expansive dining table. The sleek kitchen, equipped with a wide range of cooking amenities, is a culinary enthusiast’s dream. Too lazy to take the stairs? Lucky for you, Villa Tenggara contains an elevator, so you can ascend or descend the floors easily.
Housekeeping services are included with your stay. With a fair amount of charge, a tour around the island with private car and driver is merely a-phone-call away. The following amenities are also available at an additional cost: airport transfers, personal chef services, personal guest services, laundry service and child minding services.
Villa Tenggara is located close to Rawai Beach in South Phuket. From the villa, you’re a quick drive away from the beaches of Rawai, Nai Harn and Laem Ka. We wouldn’t recommend spending the day out at Rawai Beach, as it largely serves as a launch point for boat excursions. Nai Harn Beach or Laem Ka Beach are more scenic options; the latter also offers good swimming and incredible vistas out to the offshore islands surrounding Phuket.
Spend quality time with friends and family at Old Phuket Town, where you’ll find numerous shops and restaurants, and take in the beautifully preserved Sino-Portuguese buildings. Chalong Bay Rum Distillery offers interesting tours; visitors get to learn about rum production, or join in a cocktail making workshop. Art lovers will enjoy a visit to Phuket Art Village, a bohemian commune featuring creative home studios and galleries.
There’s no lack of dining options, whether you’re in the mood for burgers or healthy, organic fare. Try out beachside burger joints like Flip Side, health food cafe Natural Efe Macrobiotic World, Baan Rim Lay, a popular seafood restaurant or Rum Jungle cafe, a venue known for Italian and international fare.
10/10Very nice villa and we enjoy the stay. Love the swimming pool and the super sea view. The villa is modern and clean. The staffs are very helpful. Highly recommend for big family or friends trip.
10/10My family and I totaling eight adults (in which four are elders) and one 2-year-old kid spent three wonderful nights in the Elemental Villa. It is exactly the same as described and it is even much better than it from the introduction. The most fashionable and contemporary design and stunning equipments really wow us. I'd like to specially highlight the pool which is clean and relaxing, as well as the bedclothes which is extremely comfortable and helping for a good sleep. The view outside of the sitting room is fantastic! I strongly recommend this villa to my friends and relatives. I can't wait to come back and spend more leisure time within this marvelous place!
10/10Excellent villa with incredible luxuries. My family (5 adults, 2 kids) traveled here the first week in April, looking for some local sightseeing, but mostly relaxation. This house was incredible: 6,000 sq feet (I missed that when I booked it), 3 living levels plus the amazing rooftop pool with a built in elevator that was perfect for my parents (what?). Artem manages the place and was very helpful showing us the house, setting up local transportation (to include an airport transfer), and making outstanding local food recommendations. The villa itself is a bit secluded and not terribly close to restaurants. However, the available 24 hour café (free delivery) has outstanding food (Lucky 13) that shows up at your door within 30-40 minutes (online menu is slightly different than the printed one available in the villa). The living accommodations were great (cleaned every other day by a local crew). Every room has a king size bed that is comfy and plush. There is only one bathtub in the house (what I considered the master bedroom on the garage level), but the kids had no issues using the showers. The kitchen is very well stocked, with the highlight being the German $2,000 (new online price) espresso/cappuccino machine which was put to use multiple times a day - now we're somewhat sad to be back to our regular coffee maker. While the house is spectacular, it doesn't compare to the rooftop pool. Amazing ~16 foot lit lap/infinity pool! Kids spent at least half the day perfecting their swimming skills and jumping on the oversized inflatable pool float. The outdoor living space was awesome, with a fully stocked outdoor kitchen with a grill/fridge, a full bathroom and elevator access. If you're looking for a Thai beach experience, you'll have to catch a taxi. The house is at the back of the complex (another row of houses between it and the bay). However, the views of the bay were incredible from 2 of 3 living levels, especially from the living room and rooftop. The bay itself is very shallow, and at low tide the water goes about 1 km away, leaving a variety of tide pools and mud shallows that are fun to explore. At high tide, the water comes up as high as your knees and fills in all the way to the little beach at the front of the complex. While this isn't a great swimming beach, it was perfectly fine for us - it kept the majority of tourists away, gave us plenty of privacy, and the pool made up for anything else! The only way I would improve this experience would by recommending to Artem to provide a grocery list. We've seen this on a previous trip, where the manager provides an initial purchase of groceries and adds that to the total price - that was helpful to get everybody settled after a long trip to the country. Overall, this was an incredible experience that I'd replicate in a heartbeat.
