Laemsingh Villa 3 is a stunning waterfront property with views out to Surin Beach. Designed by architect Ernesto Bedmar, the villa captures an uninterrupted sunset show, and offers luxurious touches you’d expect of a five star property: personal butler and concierge services, personal chef, quality linens, jacuzzi lounge and a glass fronted pool.
Containing four bedrooms in total, the villa is ideally kitted for groups of eight to 10 guests. Guests will appreciate the villa’s tranquil, scenic surroundings and close proximity to the beaches and restaurants.
A total of 10 guests are accommodated in four bedrooms. The master bedroom is set on the upper floor. It features a small lounge area, study space and a balcony with daybeds that looks out to the ocean.
The second bedroom is located on the main level. Guests may choose between a double or twin bed configuration, may opt for the lounge to be converted into a third bed for additional guests. Both the third and fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor; the former allows for a double or twin bed configuration, while the latter comes fitted with a queen bed, bunk bed.

Laemsingh Villa 3 offers multiple spaces for lounging outdoors. The glass fronted, child-friendly pool with jacuzzi is the focal point. There’s also a Thai-style sala with daybed and loungers (it’s our favourite spot for a poolside massage!), a second infinity pool and a shaded terrace by a neatly manicured garden.
Vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an indoor-outdoor concept create living spaces that are light-filled and expansive. Enjoy views out to the ocean as you lounge comfortably in the air-conditioned lounge and dining area.
Thai-style doors open out from the living area to a day bar and western kitchen, while a mini-gym on the ground floor lets vacationers keep up with their fitness regime (it comes complete with a cross trainer, treadmill, stationary bike and full-length weights rack). A second kitchen, along with living quarters for the on-site housekeepers are also located within the compound.
Laemsingh Villa 3 is a full-service villa. A villa manager and housekeeping staff are on-site to take care of your every need. Airport transfers and personal chef services are available at additional cost.
Laemsingh Villa 3 is located close to Surin Beach in West Phuket. The pristine white sand shores of Surin, along with its seafront high-end vacation rentals makes the area an attractive destination for luxury travellers. While there isn’t much in terms of travel attractions or activities in the area, this isn’t an issue with Surin vacationers - most of whom are here to soak up the relaxed vibes, and seek a getaway from it all.
You’re about 15 minutes’ walk or a three-minute drive from Laem Singh Beach and Surin Beach. The latter offers excellent swimming conditions from November till April. The presence of stronger waves between May to October provides a great surf, but swimmers are advised to take caution while they’re out at sea.
Vacationers may learn the techniques of Thai cooking at Twinpalms Phuket, or unwind with a spa ritual at luxury spas like Palm Spa (at Twinpalms Phuket) or Spa Sereniti (at Ayara Hilltops Boutique Resort and Spa). Or hop into a car for a family day trip around the island. The iconic Big Buddha is a must-see attraction, and we’d also recommend visiting Radar Hill Viewpoint, Phuket Old Town and Wat Chalong.
Dining out is a breeze, as restaurants are peppered all around the vicinity. Head out to Bocconcino Deli for Italian food, DeDos LeLounge for French cuisine prepared with an Asian spin or Silk Restaurant and Bar for Thai fare.
