Villa Nias is a spacious vacation residence designed and laid out for utmost relaxation. Throughout the villa, both outdoor and indoor, are spots where you can just sit back and spend some time for yourself, with a family member, a friend or with your special someone. Truly, Villa Nias not only provides luxurious and comfortable spaces. But cozy corners for deeper connections as well.
The villa has three bedrooms. All have king-sized beds. Two have dedicated bathrooms with garden views through large windows. Two also open out to the garden. Only one has direct access to the swimming pool.
10x4m
Extending from the villa’s covered terrace is the ten-meter swimming pool. Immerse yourself in its soothing waters for a relaxing dip or leisurely wade through its entire perimeter. Out of the water, you can recline on the folding chairs by the side of the pool as you bathe in the sun. Or, slowly sip your favorite refreshment at the covered terrace. If you’re in a more playful mood, you can also hop on the covered garden swing set amidst the trees and tall tropical plants.
From the pool area through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors is a furnished foyer with a minimalist, zen-inspired installation at the center which may well serve as a conversation piece as you all hangout. You can also settle comfortably on one of the chairs to catch up on your reading. Just around the corner is the living area with a large couch facing a wide, flat-screen TV. Here, you can all gather for the newest episode of your favorite show or for a marathon of blockbuster movies. Behind the couch is the dining area with a table that can comfortably seat eight. Perpendicular is a fully-equipped modern kitchen where you can show off your culinary skills. Between the table and the kitchen is a counter which also serves as a bar.
Twice-a-week housekeeping as well as pool and garden maintenance are the regular services which the staff carries out at the villa.
From Villa Nias, Nai Harn Beach is just a three-minute drive away. Although one of the most popular and relatively quiet in Phuket, the beach is ideal for swimming only from November to April. There are also a lot of great places to dine. Try out Maggie And Mario’s Pizza, Da Vinci, De Renata, Rum Jungle Cafe and Promthep Cape Restaurant. If you love snorkeling, make your way to the tiny beach of Ao Sane and the sandy cove of Ya Nui. Then go uphill to the Windmill View Point for a scenic view of Nai Harn Beach. Also, schedule a stop at the landmark Wat Nai Harn.
