Villa Princess Maria is a contemporary, sea-view villa set above Kata Beach, surrounded by thick tropical greenery that keeps the mood calm and private. The architecture is clean and open, with wide glass doors and generous terraces that make the ocean feel close from morning to sunset.
The layout is made for group living without feeling crowded, with multiple lounge areas and a pool terrace that naturally becomes everyone’s meeting point. Villa Princess Maria also has the scale and setting that suits intimate celebrations when planned thoughtfully.

Villa Princess Maria has six spacious bedrooms, each designed with the same calm, hotel-level finish, clean lines, timber-toned floors, and large sliding doors that open to leafy views or terraces. The overall feel is uncluttered and restful, ideal for winding down after beach days.
Four bedrooms are located in the main building, keeping everyone connected to the villa’s central living spaces.
The remaining two bedrooms sit in a separate private cottage, ideal for guests who prefer a bit more privacy while still being just steps from the main house.
All rooms feature king-size beds, and the layout works well for couples travelling together or families wanting a bit of breathing space. The bedrooms are comfortably sized, so settling in for longer stays feels easy rather than temporary.
Every bedroom comes with a private ensuite bathroom, finished in striking stone with double vanities in many rooms. A few bathrooms include a freestanding bathtub, which is particularly welcome for a slower evening routine or for families with younger children.
Pool size : 20×6 m
The outdoor spaces at Villa Princess Maria are set up for long, unhurried days, starting with a large swimming pool and a separate shallow pool section that’s great for children or lounging with a drink in hand. The pool deck is wide and open, with plenty of room to spread out without stepping on each other’s plans.
A row of sun loungers and umbrellas gives you the classic poolside rhythm, read, nap, repeat, while the lawn and mature trees keep the setting feeling green and private. It’s the kind of space that stays comfortable even when the whole group is outside.
There’s also a covered poolside pavilion with built-in seating, a natural spot for afternoon shade and pre-dinner catch-ups. And from the terraces, the sea view peeks through the tropical canopy, enough to remind you you’re in Kata Beach, without losing that tucked-away calm.
Indoors, Villa Princess Maria feels airy and purposeful, designed around easy group living. The main living room is generous, with deep sofas arranged for real conversation, movie nights, board games, or a quiet hour with the doors open to the garden.
The dining area is set up for proper shared meals, anchored by a large dining table that suits a full house without squeezing. It flows straight into a sleek kitchen with a long breakfast bar, ideal for quick coffees, kids’ snacks, or keeping the cook company without crowding the workspace.
Throughout the villa, wide glass panels and clean finishes keep things bright, while the warm-toned ceilings add a relaxed, resort-like feel. The overall layout makes it easy to be together, with enough corners and terraces to find a quiet moment when you want one.
Villa Princess Maria is supported by on-site staff, helping the home feel looked after and easy to live in day to day. It’s the kind of quiet support that makes a difference in a large villa, keeping shared spaces running smoothly so the group can focus on enjoying the stay.
Located within the gated Katamanda Estate, guests also have access to a selection of shared facilities, including a tennis court and gym facility, all within a secure setting with 24-hour security.
For anything beyond the villa, our Villa Finder Concierge team is on hand to make the trip feel effortless. Think airport transfers, arranging a private chef for a special dinner, in-villa massage bookings, or planning a boat day around Phuket’s nearby islands.
Staying at Villa Princess Maria puts you within easy reach of Kata Beach, one of Phuket’s most popular stretches for swimming, sunsets, and relaxed beachfront dining. It’s close enough for spontaneous beach time, while the villa itself keeps a quiet hillside atmosphere when you’re back home.
For variety, you’re also well placed to explore nearby bays and viewpoints around Kata and the surrounding coast. Even simple outings: fresh seafood dinners, a stroll for gelato, or a sunset drink, feel easy when everything is a short drive away.
If your group likes to mix downtime with a bit of energy, the area around Kata Beach offers a good balance: beach clubs and casual restaurants when you want them, and a more peaceful base at Villa Princess Maria when you don’t.
10/10It was such a perfect stay!We were captivated from the moment we entered the room. The house is very large, clean, and tidy. The kitchen, air conditioning, and laundry facilities are fully equipped, meeting all our needs. Every day, a housekeeper would come to clean and tidy up the room, and they responded promptly to our occasional requests. The pool and lawn are beautiful, and the pool is very large—we spent almost every day in the water! What was a pleasant surprise was that the house was only a five-minute walk from the beach, so we could enjoy perfect sunsets every day!Security personnel on duty 24 hours a day are right outside the main gate, providing a strong sense of security.Couldn't recommend it more all all!If we come to Phuket again, we will definitely choose this place once more!We had a perfect trip here!Recommended for everyone visiting Phuket—this is the best place to stay!
