Villa Toba features spectacular outdoors designed meticulously keeping in mind the need to have fun in a tropical setting. A 10-metre swimming pool complete with an infinity edge is bordered by verdant tropical vegetation while you have a traditional Thai-inspired sala with comfortable seating, an idyllic spot for evening drinks. Four, majestic elephant sculptures feed the pool from each corner. A few steps down you have the expansive garden where the kids can play badminton, you can enjoy a morning yoga session and even meditate. An outdoor bar allows you to relish freshly-brewed drinks while lounging by the pool.
Designed with glass walls and doors on either side, the open-concept living area at Villa Toba is essentially a sunroom with bright interiors and Thai-inspired décor. Nestled under a vaulted ceiling, the room is bright and airy owing to the fresh air from the garden and pool area. It is air-conditioned as well, in case you wish to enjoy the calming coolness during the afternoon. Furnished with wicker sofas, the living area features a pop-up LCD TV with DVD player as well, for you to enjoy your favourite movies.
The living area is open-plan, so the dining area and kitchen are also found in the same space overlooking the swimming pool. The six-seater dining table is where you can dig in and taste local flavours of the meals prepared by a professional staff. Alternatively, you have the villa kitchen completely at your disposal. A modern setup with useful appliances and amenities complete with a breakfast bar and high stools.
The villa caters to all your needs and requirements during you stay. From housekeeping to security, you have nothing to worry about. The staff can prepare a BBQ upon request and you have access to a gym on the property as well. The villa even has a garage for free parking in case you have a rented car with you.
There are plenty of interesting things to do around Rawai including the beach that is brimming with activities for families and friends. With so many restaurants and cafes like Coffee Tribe in the area, you can sample delicious local food and fresh brews any time of the day. 9.6/10Loved Villa Toba! The place is just as pictured, unlike some of my other experiences renting villas in Phuket. Very spacious, clean, easy to use appliances. Quiet and beautiful grounds very well kept. Concierge service was very helpful as well and easily accessible. Only reason I put 4/5 stars for the services is because someone came to clean the pool unannounced, and I wish they had let us know. That said, the guard at the front is very thorough, which is good because sometimes the gate doesn't lock all the way. Would come back again!
