Laguna Villa Twelve has three bedrooms that are designed with lavish interiors such as polished wooden floors, large windows or glass walls overlooking lush scenery, striped blinds for an opulent touch, and comfortable beds with quality, sumptuous linen. Two king bedrooms and one single-bedded room allow a family or a group of friends to relax unbidden.

Enjoy the comfort and privacy offered by your private sanctuaries as these are air-conditioned, fitted with flat-screen TVs, study/dresser, and more. The master bedroom features an ensuite while the remaining two share a bathroom making them suitable for a family with children.

From its well-kept gardens that have lovely tropical foliage to the 9-metre swimming pool, the outdoor space at Laguna Villa Twelve is remarkable. It is a pleasant space where guests can enjoy unlimited fresh air, lounge under the tropical sun on the sun deck, eat a delicious alfresco meal on the outdoor dining table, and even meditate in the garden. The dining area at the villa is found an adjoining annex where the eight-seater dining table is nestled between glass doors overlooking lush greenery. Prepare yourselves a delicious feast in the fully-equipped guest kitchen that is designed for easy use with modern appliances and sleek cabinetry with granite counters. From a coffee machine to a built-in oven, you have everything you need and more.

Since the villa is part of a private estate, it is fully-secured with 24-hour security so guests can enjoy their privacy without hesitation. Housekeeping, pool maintenance, and upkeep of the garden are in good hands while you can easily request for special services.

The staff is happy to assist with booking massages in-house, calling for a babysitter or a private chef, arranging car rentals, and more. Some services are charged extra. However, you have access to complimentary bicycles to explore the island. A daily breakfast is served fresh and complimentary.
