Villa Iritana is a contemporary, stylish, two-storey vacation residence situated in the seafront village of Rawai – Phuket’s very first tourist destination. Although quite compact in layout, areas and rooms seamlessly merge creating airy spaces throughout the villa. Appointments and furnishings have also been carefully chosen and arranged to offer you comfort, convenience and luxury. Truly, at Villa Iritana, you’ll find everything you need to make your stay completely enjoyable and relaxing.
The villa has three bedrooms. Two are on the first level. Both have direct access to the swimming pool. One other bedroom is on the second level which opens out to a balcony. Here, on one of the day beds, you can stretch out and get some sun.
The eight-meter swimming pool make up the villa’s outdoor area. Wade in for a soothing dip. Or splash about and make waves of fun. Out of the water – up at the covered terrace extending from the villa – you can choose to lazily lie on one of the pool beds. Or leisurely lounge on the outdoor table set up as you sip a refreshing drink.
From the swimming pool through the covered terrace is the living area. On the long and large couch you can all gather to catch, on the wall-mounted widescreen TV, the new episode of the latest hit TV show. Or binge on your favorite series as well as classic movies. Beside the living area is a modern kitchen where you can concoct your culinary specialties to be dished out on the dining area’s table for six. The kitchen also has a counter provided with high chairs. Here, snacks and all kinds of drinks can be served up.
Regular services at the villa include housekeeping as well as pool and garden maintenance.
Just a few minutes drive from Villa Iritana is Nai Harn – a white-sand beach where you can definitely get your saltwater fix. Here, you can also board a traditional Long-Tail Boat and embark on an island-hopping tour of nearby Ko Bon, Ko Kaew, Ko Lon, Ko Aeo and Ko Hae – which is also known as Coral Island. Rawai is also known for really delicious seafood. Check out Sala Loi and savor specialties the traditional way – from a mat on the floor. End your day trip at the Phuket Shell Museum and at Promthep Cape View Point where you can catch magical sunsets.
