10/10Check in was smooth at reception. On the first day, we noticed aircon leaking on 2nd floor & one of the rooms as well. We called the reception & they quickly sent in to take a look & resolved the issue. Overall the stay is pleasant & nearby eatery @ The Local Cafe is a thumbs up!
10/10We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel with our family! The property is expansive, with a large and well-maintained compound that’s perfect for cycling—our kids absolutely loved it. One of the best perks was the access to Rawai Park, which kept everyone entertained with its fun and family-friendly activities. The pool was another highlight—clean, spacious, and ideal for both adults and kids to enjoy. We also noticed the option to barbecue on the property, which seems like a great idea for families. With the nearby Rawai Seafood Market offering incredibly fresh seafood, it’s definitely something we’d love to try on our next visit! Everything about the stay was convenient and relaxing, from the spotless rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. This hotel offers the perfect mix of relaxation and fun for families. Highly recommend it, and we look forward to coming back!
10/10The check-in process was smooth, and the staff responded quickly and resolved issues when they arose. The pool water was clear. Although there were different options for the buffet breakfast, the overall taste and quality were very good. The location is nice; it's a 5-minute walk from the villa to the main street, where there are many local delicacies, massage shops, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The only downside was that the bed frame was a bit too abrupt, making it easy to bump into it.
