10/10To our friends at Twin Villa Natai ❤️ It was a pleasure getting to stay at the villas. We've never experienced such hospitality in any place we've stayed. This experience was by far 100% the BEST!!! My family was looking to rest and relax and that is what we were treated here. Every detail was thought of and we were taken care of even during rainy season. Tum graciously arranged a day trip for us according to the weather. We couldn't have asked for a better treatment by wonderful staff, they became warm and friendly faces everyday. We are so grateful for your hospitality and kindness. Thank you also to Chef and Manee for making our stay comfortable and delicious - we will never forget All The Good Food!! We loved every meal and enjoyed the detail and care in which it was prepared for us. The sweetest part was when we celebrated my daughter's birthday and the whole staff made it so special by preparing a delicious mango & coconut cake for her (even got her a little gift). 10/10My husband and I came to Twin Villas Natai to relax after having our first baby in Phuket. I was anxious and struggling with the baby blues, so we decided to do a little vacation to recover, since we didn’t have a babymoon. Best decision ever. We decided to stay at the family owned TVN, because are able to accommodate a newborn. The location was perfect for what we needed. The villas are located on the mainland just north of Phuket, so we were able to enjoy a quiet and beautiful beach without getting overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. At the same time, we had peace of mind of knowing that we were close enough to Phuket, so we could drive there if needed. Upon our arrival, the staff set up a cot with a firm mattress for our baby in our bedroom of choice and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entirety of our stay. Some of them have kids of their own so they were great with our baby and gave us a hand and whenever we needed a breather. Thanks to them, we were able to have an uninterrupted meal on the dinner table… which I know is very rare for new parents! They cleaned our bedroom, bathroom and the living room for us daily, and our laundry was done upon request. The luxurious villa is beautiful, spacious, modern and very well maintained. We had a private pool and garden to ourselves, so I was able to get in some much needed sunlight and bonding time with my baby at the poolside cabana or garden area by the beach. The upstairs bedrooms all come with their own outdoor showers, which was perfect for whenever I felt anxious. Our meals were prepared for us by the chef, so we never had to worry about meal planning , cooking, and cleaning. A lot of our stress and overwhelm as new parents was alleviated during our stay, and we are so thankful that we were able to come here. If you plan to give birth in Phuket and need a beautiful place to recover postpartum, I highly recommend TVN. If you’re looking for a holiday villa for multiple families and kids, TVN is also wonderful option. We will definitely be back for many more holidays!
10/10We thank the villa staff for all the love and, they have given us over the last 4 days here! All our issues/problems were taken care by the lovely staff, making our stay and the 1st Birthday of my baby very very special. We will definitely come back.
10/10We never had a good impression of villas in the past but now we are converted! - clean, homely, beautiful, and well-stocked. - awesome coffee Creating a family and kid-friendly experience that was bespoke, thoughtful and is the #1 reason we will return. Thank you for your kindness.
