Fantastic location with one of the best views of Sea you will find in the whole of Phuket. The Villa is immaculate and very large. Access is up a steep hill but we got regular taxis via Grab which came right to the door of the Villa. The Luxe Villa team were fantastic, arranging private massages in the Villa and also private excursions for our family of 5 (3 young children).

The house was so beautiful and with a charming view I and my family enjoyed the space, the staff was very cooperative and friendly. There were positives as adding an extra bed for our pre-order and we were helped to coordinate a home massage. There was one negative and it needed some maintenance in the doors but everything was beautiful and I was happy to stay in this charming house.

Nestled halfway down the hill, the view from the living room every morning is unbeatable! Can see beautiful sunsets too, really very wonderful! The house owner gave us a detailed description of the house when we checked in on the first day, and the attitude was very welcoming! Access to the villa where it is located, it is also easy to recommend to rent a motorbike or take a ride with grab as the route to get to the beach is close, but the slope is still a little steep! Overall the house is worth the stay and come and experience it!

Beautiful house; spacious, bright and very well equipped. We loved the views and made good use of the resort gym and pool too. An easy and short walk to shops and restaurants, although a tuk tuk home is advisable to avoid if the steep uphill climb! All queries and issues were promptly resolved.

The most satisfactory accommodation for this trip, first of all, the view is too beautiful, all the floor to ceiling windows, the sunset is not beautiful, it is very suitable for families to choose from, the owner is very enthusiastic, he will answer any questions, and the recommended sightseeing spots are also good!I'll choose this place next time.

The place is as exactly as it looks online. Great views, noice and clean Villa, full privacy. Only complaint is that it is too steep to walk to the main strip of shops, you need to get Tuk Tuks to pick you up.

This is a spectacular unit located at the highest point at The Heights in Kata Beach with stunning views. It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were travelling with our parents and it was extremely comfortable for 5 adults. The hosts are fantastic and helpful - they even helped us book a catamaran for a private day touring the surrounding islands at a very reasonable rate compared to other agencies (some were quoting us triple the price for the same boat). Thank you for making our stay perfect. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful villa and Jariya was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great to have the cleaners come every other day. The washing machine was very useful and Jariya made sure we had everything we needed, from chefs to taxis. We love the villa and would definitely stay again!

Everyone in my group loved the place and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. Kata Beach is very close and can be easily reach by taxi or a tuktuk. The views are breathtaking and it's the perfect view to catch the sunset/sunrise. Jiriya found us a taxi to and from the airport which was very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Bow's magnificent penthouse. The view overlooking the sea is amazing and we loved how spacious and clean the unit is! Definitely recommended!

Loved the views of the house and all was as expected for the pictures. Communication with Pui was very easy and I would recommend anyone to try this place for their holidays.
