Located on Nai Thon Beach as part of the luxurious Malaiwana estate, Villa Rodnaya is a holiday haven that is perfect for families as it has four bedrooms and ample amenities for children. The villa has been designed with a seamless mix of the old and new with modern interiors speckled with hints of tradition in terms of antique cabinets and Asian décor. The outdoor space is dominated by an infinity swimming pool from where you get the most mesmerising ocean views. This beautiful property offers endless amenities to guests and is close to the beach where you can indulge in water activities like snorkelling and diving!
There are four bedrooms at Villa Rodnaya – a master bedroom located upstairs and three guest rooms on the lower level. Each bedroom is flush with natural light owing to the terrace and/or glass doors making them bright and cheerful so you can be at ease. The master room is furnished with a four-poster king-sized bed while the three have king-sized beds, each as comfortable as the next. If you’re looking for luxury, then the master suite with direct pool access is the perfect choice as it even offers a private suite experience.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the master room is even furnished with lounge chairs to make for a private living area. En-suite bathrooms are fitted with necessary amenities with a bathtub in the master bath!

The stunning outdoor area at Villa Rodnaya is occupied by an 18-metre swimming pool, which is as if part of the ocean itself. You can bask in the spectacular panorama for hours on end while relaxing on the sun chairs found on the deck. The beautiful scenery sees the shift in time as splashed across the sky giving you a fair amount of imagery. There is a BOSE sound-system equipped in the pool area and alfresco dining for 12 is set up on the deck as well.
Housed in an open-plan pavilion that is a modern take on a traditional Thai home with high-peaked ceilings, is the living and dining area at Villa Rodnaya. With doors that slide open to the pool and deck, the living area is forever streaked with natural light and fresh air. It is furnished comfortable to provide a cosy corner to guest who wish to kick back and relax. The room leads to a kids’ play area with all sorts of toys for them to play with.
If you’re a movie buff, then the media room is your safe haven with a TV and DVD player, as well as plush seating for lounging. The living room accommodates a dining area with seating for up to 12 guests with the backdrop consisting of nothing but the ocean. A fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar is accessible to guests and you can even opt for the villa chef to prepare all three meals with a choice of Asian and Western delights.
Villa Rodnaya is fully-staffed with a team including a villa manager, housekeeping, maintenance chef and others. Some services such as massages, spa treatments/ therapies are available upon request and there is an extensive menu to choose from!
The villa is located on Nai Thon beach, a peaceful oasis different from the rest of the bustling spots in Phuket. Here, you are free to indulge in water sports like paddle boarding or snorkelling, visit nearby beaches, take nature walks at Khao Phra Thaeo National Park, or go on a walking tour to discover the other side of town!

10/10It was a very special travel experience. There were no tourist attractions to check into. Instead, we chose a large villa with friends and lived together. We watched the sunrise at the beach and listened to the wind in the evening. The children swam together. We cooked, chatted, and had barbecues together. Thanks to the attentive service of the housekeeper Hana and her team, we experienced a very special journey. We will definitely come back if we have the chance.

The chef was also excellent, letting me try flavors of Thailand. After popularizing the island, the coconut grove reflects the blue waves. The white sand is like a silver sea. The wind sings, the sunset dyes the sky, and the shadow of the tree is mesmerizing. Hands clasped together, a warm smile, a feeling of being at home—a painting of dancing fish swimming under the sea and colorful corals. I will come again if I have the chance. Beautiful villa with quality service—Hana. Waiter Beauty Nuch is a high-quality staff member. This is the third villa I've created, and it still brings joy. I’m satisfied. This time, the Villa Manager Hana provided Nuch’s service. Very warm-hearted, with details that are hard to overlook. Hido's deliciousness adds another highlight to the stay.
