Villa Raisa, owing to the property’s size, was specially-designed for a small family, a close-knit group of a few friends or for double-dating couples. The areas and spaces are provided only with facilities and appointments that are essential yet more than sufficient. A quick inspection will show that the amenities and furnishings are comfortable and classy. Taken together, all these elements make Villa Raisa an ideal venue for enjoyable bonding as well as for cozy intimacy.
The villa has two bedrooms. Both have king-sized beds and dedicated bathrooms with views of the garden. Both bedrooms also open out to the covered terrace and swimming pool area.
The 10-meter swimming pool makes up the entire outdoor area. Fringed on one side by tropical plants and a mini waterfall at one end, you can, immersed in its relaxing waters, be, at one moment, playful and, at another, leisurely. Out of the water, you can lounge at the covered terrace sipping your favorite cooler.
Indoors, directly from the swimming pool, is the living area. On the long and large couch facing a wide, flat-screen TV, you can settle comfortably to catch the newest episode of your favorite show. Nearby is the dining area for six combined with the fully-equipped, ultra-modern kitchen. Here, your culinary creations can be served on the dining plate right from the pan.
Regular services at the villa include housekeeping done twice a week as well as pool and garden maintenance.
Villa Raisa is located in one of Phuket’s most popular and relatively quiet beaches – Nai Harn. The best time to visit, though, is quite seasonal – November to April – when the water is really great for swimming. There are many places to dine in the area. But the must-tries are Maggie And Mario’s Pizza, Da Vinci, De Renata, Rum Jungle Cafe and Promthep Cape Restaurant. Further south are fascinating snorkeling spots such as the tiny beach of Ao Sane and the sandy cove of Ya Nui. While there, head on to Windmill View Point for a breathtaking view of Nai Harn. Another must-see attraction is the landmark Wat Nai Harn.
