Kanika Residence 2 has two bedrooms but guests have the option of renting it out as a one or two-bedroom apartment as per their needs. The bedrooms comprise a master suite as well as a guest bedroom, each bedroom perfectly-designed with comfortable beds, air-conditioning units, and the master bedroom even has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is fitted with a plasma screen and DVD player so you can lounge on the bed and have a movie marathon. Both bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms for convenience.

The estate has been maintained superbly well with verdant gardens all around so that no matter where you are at the villa, there is a beautiful view in store. The outdoors is dominated by a gorgeous swimming pool that stands in the centre of all this luscious glory, the perfect spot for relaxation amid the fresh air and open skies. You have a poolside sala as well to get some rest under the shade when the sun gets too warm during peak hours.

A spacious veranda wraps across the main living pavilion with outdoor seating to make a wonderful spot where you can enjoy a cup of tea or some evening cocktails. The modern living area has tiled floors and a low ceiling to provide a homely ambiance for guests. Kick back and relax on the plush sofas, watch some movies or your favourite show on the flat-screen TV. Turn up the music on the Marantz stereo and dance to some tunes for a fun-packed holiday.

The interiors are comfortable and you can enjoy a hearty dinner on the dining table that forms part of this space. Relish delicious feasts on the eight-seater dining table prepared either by the staff or yourself in the fully-equipped kitchen. The open kitchen is packed with useful and modern appliances to make it easier for you to cook quick meals for the kids, get you a cup of coffee in the morning and some light appetisers in the evening.

The staff at Maan Tawan estate is helpful and dedicated to provide you with everything you need including any additional requests you may have such as baby cots, babysitting, etc. Cleaning and maintenance is done regularly to keep the villa well-managed. Rent out a car to explore the area or hire a private chef to try out some delicious Thai food right at home.
